Location, Location, Location!!!! Walk across the street to the beach!! Come enjoy the gulf views from your private balcony. Our condo is newly renovated and has private beach access just across the street. This 3rd floor unit is on the top floor so no need to worry about noisy guest overhead (must climb stairs). We are walking distance to Pompano Joes, Captain Dave's, and Kenny D's. Ride bikes on the scenic bike trail or grab a boat and head over to Crab Island, the options are limitless.

The property was clean n close to the beach. Had 2 pools n a hot tub. Lots of beach supplies came with unit so did not have to rent out chairs . Washer n dryer is outside of unit for low cost to use. Had a great time in Destin. Only issue was rhe couch could be bigger

Cute property in a great location

We really enjoyed this little apartment. Host, Jamese was great with answering our questions before we came, and figured out early checkin and a bit late check out. Electronic locks made for easy in and easy out. The apartment had everything in it, that we'd need for our 5days/4nights getaway, with a lot of little details such as a Keurig and a Mr Coffee machine, so we could have our coffee and tea! Full kitchen was very helpful. It had a great shower, actually. And the beds were quite comfortable. The only thing really negative, was it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so bringing up suitcases and groceries up the stairs was a bit of a pain, but planning that, and it's worth it. We totally enjoyed it, and the beautiful private beach access across the street was fabulous!
