Unit is located in the back of the property for quiet solitude with ample parking and easy access to the condo. Loading/unloading is parking spot 3 doors down from condo.

Sweet Little Condo

We walked in and 1st of all it wasn't a Gulf view but its located on the 1st floor. They have a drip coffee maker but plenty of coffee for us and they do ha conaments for you. The freezer has a nice ice maker for you. Its a really great location. There is no golf cart but we drove. So we had our vehicle to drive around. The condo is pretty clean but it could use a small vacuum to sweep up sand instead of a broom. We had a small setback but it was taken carefully by the owners. I definitely recommend this place to stay at here. I give this place a 5 star to stay
The pool & Hot Tub area is very nice and clean.

Awesome vacation!!

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in this condo. The location is great , just a short walk across street to beach. Lots of restaurants very close. We had Surf Hut, Kenny D’s and Captain Dave’s . Those are just up the street from the condo. We also had Miller’s Ale that is located on the main rd. It’s always a favorite for us. We had great communication with the owners. Lisa was great!! Our hair dryer wasn’t working and she immediately went and bought one and brought to us. Had minor issue with oven and she was quick to try and help. We ate out mostly so no biggie for us! She even left us a treat from the store! We had a great time and we would definitely stay again. Thanks for the use of your beautiful condo!!! Diane & Mike

There was lots of sand all over the floor. The sheets on the pull out sofa bed were filthy. The air filter looks like it hadn't been changed in years & was growing mold. Most of the building was under construction.

We always appreciate feedback, unfortunately we wish that had been communicated during their stay. For the pull out bed, the sheets available for the pull out were not used. The renter did communicate about the filter and we have contacted the HVAC company we use as that is on a service plane. We strive to cater to our guests and look forward to a better opportunity with Brianna and her guests in the future.
