Casa 34 is a beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom beach home with a private pool minutes walking distance from the center of town and the beach. Casa 34 has a brand new kitchen, rancho, patio, and mother-in-law suite. This is a very special home located in Jacó's nicest neighborhood. It is safe and family friendly, and very secure with a wall around the entire property. Pet friendly, too.

We offer complete concierge service and can arrange transportation for you from the airport to the house, make dining recommendations and reservations and arrange a variety of tours for you at discounted rates. We are here to make your vacation as great and memorable as possible.

We also have masseuses that will come to the house and private chefs that will prepare delicious meals in the comfort of your home, which is a great option for families with children who prefer to eat at home but prefer to leave the cooking and cleanup to someone else.

Location was perfect. The house was an awesome size bigger than what we expected. Nice and clean. The house were excellent. It would definitely stay there again. And recommend our friends to stay there if they come to visit.

Family & friends vacation

We loved the house and Diana was a phenomenal host. Any problems we had with the property she promptly took care of it. When we arrived there was a leaked from the master bedroom ceiling she promptly got her guys to get it repaired as well as stopped up commodes in the pool area. Diana helped us set up massages at the house and gave us tons of recommendations on attractions to do in the area. She was so understanding and patient with our big group. Her property is so beautiful and accommodating just like her. The area is so close to everything you need that you don’t need a rental car to get anywhere you can safely walk or taxi anywhere you want to go. Shops, banks, groceries stores, restaurants, beach everything is there for you to enjoy and not have to worry about anything. We so enjoyed our time in this property. Thank you!!

Why they chose this property

This home is a classic Costa Rican home in Jacó that was renovated in 2022. It has a completely new kitchen, rancho, and brand new mother-in-law suite with private bath and a handy bathroom and shower out by the pool.. Some of the original tiles were kept in honor of the home's history, but it is now a modern and comfortable home with high-speed internet, Alexa, smart TVs, AC throughout and more! Also the home has an electric car charging outlets and solar panels!
