This newly-remodeled townhome offers a well appointed and inviting space to call home while visiting Vancouver/Portland Metro area. A fenced in yard is perfect for your furry friend and off-street parking makes your stay a breeze.

The space
The home can comfortably accommodate up to 6-8 adults. It has three bedrooms which include a primary suite with a king size bed, a second bedroom with a queen size bed and a third bedroom with a full size and twin bed . There are two full bathrooms on the 2nd floor and a 1/2 bath on the main level.

The living room has a lovely leather sofa which could sleep one adult. The bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, soap, shampoo and other essential toiletries. The house has an up to date kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room (with washer and dryer) and a garage. The primary suite and living room have smart TV's. The house offers multiple other amenities to include wifi internet access, books and games for guests to enjoy.

The kitchen has stainless steal appliances which include an electric range, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and other essential cooking supplies like oil, seasonings, salt & pepper.

The house has two smart televisions which allow guests to sign into their Hulu or Netflix accounts.

The home is located right off Mill Plain Blvd in Vancouver and offers convenient access to shopping, dining, entertainment and all the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. It is also close to several major highways which make travel a breeze.

Lots of space, great communication

This house has tons of space, and three bathrooms - great for families. Friendly and active community. It's in a row of connected houses with more houses close behind in a short alley. We stayed on the 4th, and families had a neighborhood party in the little alley space with kids playing. Trevor was a great host, very communicative and helped quickly with anything we needed. Loved being able to use the garage to park our car!

Very nice townhouse with three bathrooms. The only issue was that the bedsheets smelled like sweat

Overall great experience. We loved all of the space and ease of communication with the owner. However, my spouse had a hard time with the bed sheets because they smelled like sweet due to the summer time and no AC. We slept on top of the sheets and had our own blankets, but the smell was still too strong and rose above all of that.. The bedsheets need extra cleaning and de ordering for future guests

Quite safe convenient location

A nice quiet place to relax with family and friends. It was easy to find and host responded quickly to all questions ask both before and during our stay.
