Renovated 2022, 1 BR condo located in a great area with everything you need within walking distance. Restaurants, nightlife, live music every night, peek view of the ocean from the condo. Nothing better than the Garden City pier which has a small restaurant, karaoke and live music daily in season. Arcade and ice cream for the kiddo and beach shops close by. The number #1 reason I love Garden City Beach is because of the great area and people.

Great trip!

We enjoyed our stay at The Nice Little Getaway. Conveniently located to the beach and all of Garden City's attractions. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay for 5 days. The pool was clean and the beach access was nice as well. We will return next year! Thank you!

Perfect Getaway

I spent very little time at the condo, however it suited my needs perfectly. It's close to all the activities I was looking forward to trying as a first timer in the area. Communication was very fast from the manager/owner. Very friendly and nice to work with. 👍👍

SMALL NICE AND COZY PERFECT FOR TWO BUT WILL SLEEP FOUR. OFF SEASON THE AREA IS VERY QUIET, IN SEASON LOTS OF PEOPLE AND THINGS TO DO. NICE GETAWAY FOR A FEW DAYS OR LONGER.
