Our updated, airy bungalow in the Springs neighborhood of East Hampton is located minutes away from Clearwater Beach. The community is full of history, surreal bay beaches, dining, shopping & more. You will have the best of both worlds– being near all this prestigious community has to offer, while also being set in a quiet residential neighborhood. The Space:
Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by a sun-filled, vaulted ceiling living space where your whole group will love to gather. No need to leave the chef out of the party, as the open concept flows from living room, to kitchen, to dining, to outdoor patio.

After a long day at the beach, make yourself comfortable and lounge by the indoor fireplace or outdoor fire-pit, or enjoy a dinner on the expansive patio complete with cozy outdoor furniture, grill, and dining area. Ready for bed? We feature Casper mattresses so you get cool, comfortable sleeps for better tomorrows.

Guest Access:
Our smart-home features make accessing the home a breeze! You will receive your personalized code to enter the property 3 days prior to arrival. We suggest you download and save the access codes, WiFi instructions, and directions to the property prior to making the drive, as cell phone service can be spotty throughout the Hamptons.

The Neighborhood:
Located an easy drive from East Hampton’s famous Main Beach and the village’s charming Main Street, explore the town’s famous restaurants, bars, boutiques, and design shops, or take a day trip to one of Long Island’s dozen charming village destinations. The home is just over a 30 minute drive to historic Sag Harbor, with its storied colonial flare, and a bit further in the opposite direction to the more laid-back town of Montauk, where the beaches, and surfing can’t be beat. While celebrity sightings are common in the Hamptons, the people here generally exude a breezy friendly attitude, eager to pour you a local beer or point you in the right direction.

Getting Around:
Bringing or renting a car is highly recommended as Uber, Lyft and Taxi service in the area can be limited. Four-wheel drive is encouraged in the winter months for safety on potentially slick and snowy roads.
