Brand new GE Full size front loading washer and dryer. Florida vacation at our ocean side condominium at the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort. Enjoy breathtaking UNOBSTRUCTED views of turquoise water and sugar-white sands from your private balcony. Deep seated lounge on balcony for ocean breeze siestas - The waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a few steps away... Relax and sip a drink on your balcony ( you may never go down to beach) or at the Tides' poolside cafe . The Destin area is also perfect for a wide variety of water sports, including surfing, fishing, parasailing and kayaking. Water sports not your thing? Catch a game of tennis on the gorgeous Rubico courts at one of America's top-rated tennis resorts. World-class golf awaits at Sandestin, next door to the Tides. Kiddies can practice their swing on the Tides' miniature golf course. New pickle ball courts for exclusive use of Tides guests.

This was by far the best experience. Best host, cleanest, and most well stocked condo. The view from the balcony was amazing. The pools and pool bar were fantastic as well. The condo facilities were extremely well maintained and provided luggage racks for check-in/check out and shopping carts for bringing up your groceries.

This condo was absolutely perfect! The first thing we noticed was how incredibly clean everything was it truly felt spotless from top to bottom, which made our stay so much more comfortable. You can tell the owners really take pride in maintaining the space. The location couldn’t have been better, being right on the beach made it so easy to relax and enjoy the view whenever we wanted.Mara was also amazing so helpful, so sweet, and truly the best VRBO host I’ve ever had. She made everything so easy and was so kind throughout our stay.Everything about our stay was seamless, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. We’re already talking about coming back very soon. Highly, highly recommend!

I would highly recommend staying at this property. Mara answered all questions promptly, recommended some amazing restaurants and checked in throughout the stay. The view of the beach was gorgeous to wake up to and the condo was very clean. She even went above and beyond and had a crib, high chair, and wagon for us to use for our 1 year old for the week. We could not have asked for a better stay.

This property is absolutely gorgeous and the host is amazing!! Great communication before and during our stay. This is my 2nd time stay here and I will definitely return. Breathtaking views from the balcony!! Easy access to pool and beach. Delightful beach bar restaurant on site with great food and drinks! Many other amazing restaurants within 5-10 minutes. We had an amazing time during our stay. The outdoor sofa on the balcony is the place to be!! A gorgeous view, you could see both sunrise and sunset the week we were there. Mara is a great host.
