About this property

Cottage for 6 guests with 86m² in Wermelskirchen (93010)

We rent our 80sqm timbered house in a quiet but central residential area. the cottage is in Wermelskirchen Tente with very good local connection to Cologne, Remscheid and the other nearby cities. Also, a Zufahrtsgelegenheit on the railway line, a bike and hiking trail is not far. This leads from Wuppertal to Opladen across the Bergische. Tente itself has an Edeka, a savings bank, a primary school, ev. Kindergarten, a kiosk and a Thai massage. The Bergische Land is known for its beautiful destinations such as castle Burgan the Wupper, the Solingen blade manufactory and various dams for walking.

Our house has been newly renovated. It has three sleeping possibilities. A bedroom with double bed 180/200, a room with a French box spring bed 140/200 and a sofa in the hall which can be converted as a bed from 140/200. Bed linen is included in the price. The kitchen is fully equipped with adjoining dining room, which is also equipped with television. The living room has a large flat screen TV and a DVD player. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, urinal and a shower with shower cabin. Per week, we provide per tenant a bath towel and two towels. W-Lan is included in the rental price.

Es ist eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung und gut gelegen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und immer für uns erreichbar. Wirklich toll. Es war ein sehr schönes Wochenende!

Leuke Cottage, en erg schoon.

De cottage was echt erg schoon en netjes. voor het eerst dat ik een dergelijke cottage bezoek had ik niet de neiging eerst te gaan poetsen. het interieur is compleet wat je nodig heb is aanwezig. het is ook mogelijk om te wassen tegen meerprijs maar, daar hebben geen gebruik van hoeven te maken. linnengoed is aanwezig en zeer netjes. De eigenaren zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam bij vragen. Je kan je auto pal naast de Cottage parkeren. Winkels zijn op loopafstand en je kan ook zo het bos in lopen. Keulen en Dortmund zijn een half uurtje rijden vanaf dit adres. Al met al zal ik hier graag terugkomen!
