Finally holidays! Spacious apartment Ebbe in a privileged location of Carolinensiel. In this apartment you will find a living room with conservatory and adjoining terrace, the kitchen with dining area, a shower room, sep. WC and two bedrooms.

Location Description:
The apartment is located in a privileged location of Carolinensiel. A few meters away you can reach the Old Harbor with the Sielhafenmuseum, many attractive shops, restaurants, tea rooms and cafés. The spa center Cliner Quelle with spa garden, indoor saltwater pool, spa and sauna area is within walking distance. A food market is in the immediate vicinity.

The North Sea with a beach, the heated seawater outdoor pool in Harlesiel and the water and wellness facilities of the Cliner Quelle invite you to swim and relax.

Features:
The light flooded apartment is comfortably furnished, so that you can feel comfortable from the first day on. For your entertainment WLAN, SAT-TV, music system, CD-radio, books and board games are available. The terrace is furnished with table and chairs.

So eine Verschimmelte Unterkunft habe ich in all den Jahren wo wir vor Ort sind noch nicht vorgefunden. Jeder Raum war mit Schimmel, der Toaster war überall verbrannt und verdreckt das man ihn nicht einmal anfassen wollte, der Backofen war total verschmutzt und konnte nicht benutzt werden. Die Mülleimer waren von außen und von innen verschimmelt. Die Kopfkissen vergilbt.In großen und ganzen ist es eine Zumutung so eine Wohnung anzubieten. Das angebotene WLAN stand auch nicht zur Verfügung. Wir haben versucht die Ferienhausbetreuerin zu kontaktieren aber ohne Erfolg nicht mal ein Rückruf.Leider darf und kann man hier keine Bilder einstellen, sonst hätten wir es gerne gemacht um zu zeigen das unsere Aussage nicht übertrieben ist.Da es uns gesundheitlich nicht gut ging auf Grund ( meine Tochter hat chronische Bronchitis und ich auf Grund dessen das ich Long COVID Patientin bin und meine Atmung immer schlechter wurde ) des vielen Schimmels haben wir die Reise abgebrochen.

Schimmel in jeden Raum

Die Wohnung war sehr groß und geräumig, das Problem war, es gab in jeden Raum Schimmelflecken. Das Bad war an der Wand komplett voll.

Positiv an der Wohnung war die gute Lage. Netto direkt nebenan. Fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Hundespaziergang zum Feld direkt vor dem Haus. Sehr nette Verwalterin. Aufteilung der Wohnung für unseren Urlaub perfekt. Der Wintergarten war größer wie auf den Fotos und die kleine Terrasse auf nett. Negativ war, dass die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen ist und das wohl keiner renoviert. Überall an den Türen Macken und Farbe ab. Der Boden war sehr sauber gewischt, leider konnte man kaum durch die Fenster sehen. Spinnenweben und tote Fliegen. Schimmel im Bad. Voller Aschenbecher auf der Terrasse. Und die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sind auch auf. Dafür im Kinderzimmer ganz gut. Da das Wetter super war, haben wir es uns nett gemacht.

Wohnung ist OK, Matratze Doppelbett viel zu weich bzw. durchgelegen… direkt neben Supermarkt, das stört nicht weiter, Ausstattung gut bis top. TV könnte größer sein.

Schöne Wohnung und schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Einzig die Sauberkeit (Fenster) war etwas beanstandendswert. Da wir aber vor der Saison da waren, konnten wir hier locker drüber hinweg sehen. Wir waren viel unterwegs und dafür war die Wohnung in einer optimalen Lage.
