Enjoy easy access to all valley attractions from this centrally located, hideaway retreat nestled near the base of South Mountain.
Malls, Scottsdale nightlife, hiking, golf, ASU, MLB, NFL, NBA, NASCAR, water parks, zoo, airport - all within minutes.
But, why leave here? Covered Patio with Big Screen projector TV, dining, a pool (HEATED if you choose), or simply use the Hot Tub and hang around the fire table. Maybe put on your chef's hat and BBQ if that's how you feel. Welcome!
The space
Floorplan for this 6-bdrm, 2500 sqft abode splits the bedrooms into four different sections of the house so there is ample privacy although it sleeps up to 18.
Fully equipped kitchen, four TV's including a large projection screen with stereo sound on the patio, two master suites and ample parking in an older, quiet neighborhood make this an appealing vacation rental property.
Guest access
Full house is yours to enjoy. The only area closed off to guests is a storage shed around back.

Please see the WELCOME BOOK for some pertinent info. Also, trash service is on Sunday night so please have all your garbage and recycleables in the appropriate barrels by the side gate by Sunday evening.

Great Stay in Tempe

The home was perfect for family and friends to all be in one spot. Close to the highways and had a grocery store nearby.
