Apartment with 65 m² in a house with 4 apartments located directly on the lake. The apartment is on the ground floor left. In front of the apartment is a terrace with dining table, sun loungers available and offers a great view of the lake and the mountains. In the garden there is a barbecue.

The living room offers cozy comfort and space, the kitchen is equipped with all holiday essentials and washing machine. Furthermore, there are 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. The house is surrounded by a large garden from which you can access the lake via a small staircase. The Villa Soghetta is located very close to the public beach of the district Lemprato with children's playground, bar, various restaurants and grocery store. From here, a small promenade leads along the lake to the district of Crone, a typical Seedorf.

Mooi appartement op een prachtige locatie

Wij hebben een heerlijke week aan het Idromeer gehad. De locatie is prachtig, het appartement groot genoeg voor 4 personen en lekker schoon. Gastvrije ontvangst en heel fijn dat we gebruik kunnen maken van de subs die voor het appartement liggen.

Sehr gepfegte Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche hier verbracht. Die Verwalterin der Wohnung, Simone, hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und umfänglich informiert. Sie war für Fragen und Anliegen jederzeit und unkompliziert erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Sehr gefallen hat uns der gepflegte Garten. Die Lage direkt am See ist traumhaft schön. Es gibt die Möglichkeit über eine Treppe direkt vor dem Haus ins kühle Wasser zu steigen. Die kleine Straße vor dem Grundstück ist tatsächlich nur die Zufahrt für die Mieter, es gibt hier keinerlei Verkehr und die Lage ist sehr ruhig. In direkter Umgebung (wenige Minuten zu Fuß), finden sich Eisdiele, Restaurants, Imbiss, und Tante Emma Laden mit frischen Backwaren. Es ist also alles für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub beisammen.
