The Villa Doris is a modern city villa in quiet location with adjoining road. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes (1.5 km).
The holiday complex was completed in 2018 and consists of a main house with 6 exclusive apartments and three high quality holiday bungalows. From the driveway with sufficient parking spaces branches off to the right hand of the children's playground and a barbecue area.
In front of the main entrance there is a shared lounge for quiet evening hours.
The villa has a sauna and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The washing machine and the dryer can be used for a fee (coin machine).
The Sonnenblick apartment is located on the upper floor of the villa, and has a south-facing balcony. The Maritim-style living room has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the terrace. A fireplace invites you to spend cozy evenings.
Floor-deep window elements ensure a friendly indoor climate. Two bedrooms with TV facilities provide enough space for up to 4 people.
The apartment invites especially families and holiday guests who want to spend an exclusive Baltic Sea holiday.

Zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig mit Blick ins Grüne. Nur ca. 15 Gehminuten durch einen kleinen Wald bis zum Strand/Seebrücke Heringsdorf (ideal für uns Hundebesitzer), dort auch ausreichend Gastronomie vorhanden. Der Besuch in der hauseigenen Sauna war sehr angenehm, auch diese ordentlich und sauber. Buchung und Check-In reibungslos und freundlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, können eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung abgeben und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Betten waren sehr gut. Die Küchenausstattung hat gepasst. Für unsere Tochter war die Schaukel auf dem Spielplatz sehr schön und wir Eltern haben die Sauna im Keller genossen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Ruhige Lage! Das angrenzende Waldgebiet lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen ein. Auch die Fußläufigkeit zur Strandpromenade (ca. 15 min) war für uns absolut i.O.

Welch schöne Unterkunft. Viele Fotos auf Websites sehen gut aus. Hier sah es live noch schöner aus. Stylisch trifft nordisch und gemütlich. Alles tipptopp sauber. Kücheneinrichtung fast perfekt, wenn man viel kocht! (hihi: einzig ein Kartoffelstampfer war nicht da ). Der Fußweg zum Strand beläuft sich auch guten Schrittes nur 15 Minuten. Mein Vater (85J) und ich waren begeistert. Wir empfehlen schon an Freunde weiter. Topp!

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage mit Balkon. Blick in schöne Grünanlage. Strand ist rd. 1,0-1,5 km fußläufig erreichbar. Falls es mal doch nicht zum Strand geht, dann sind in jedem Zimmer eigene TV‘s vorhanden (je einer in den Schlafzimmern und einer im Wohnzimmer). Leider sind die Kissen sehr hart und die Pfannen unter dem Kühlschrank versteckt (wir haben Sie am letzten Tag gefunden und daher eine neue gekauft). Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen.

Das Einfahrtstor zum Passieren mit dem PKW immer wieder auf/-zuzuschließen und auf/zuzuschieben ist leider sehr unangenehm und nervig. Die weißen Handtücher 2 Wochen lang zu benutzen ist ebenfalls nicht besonders schön, wir haben sie zwischendurch selbst gewaschen.
