69 Moorings is a freshly updated 2 bedroom, 3 full bathroom end unit condo located just a quick walk to the beach, pool and Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center!

The split bedroom layout is ideal for groups and gives everyone privacy. The primary bedroom has a king bed, private balcony access, a Smart TV and a private bathroom. The bathroom offers a tiled shower with bench seating. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, private balcony access, a Smart TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The spacious and open concept living area offers comfortable, recently updated furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV and access to both balconies. The dining area seats 6 comfortably with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. The well-stocked kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a Keurig Duo. A 3rd full size bathroom off the living area doubles as the laundry area for added convenience.

The Palmetto Dunes Resort is highly acclaimed for family fun, the best beaches, championship golf and tennis, world class pickleball, and miles of bike and walking trails. Discover tons of shops, boutiques and restaurants at Shelter cove, colorful yachts anchored in the marina and the super awesome Dunes House beachfront bar. Come stay with us!! We’d love to welcome you to our home away from home.

The Moorings Complex is not equipped with elevators and this unit is on the second floor. 22 steps up, covered.

Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Perfect Active Beach Vacation

Great spot! Proximity of beach, Dunes House, golf, general store, and pickleball make this place ideal for an activity-filled (and relaxing) stay.

Owners thought of everything!

We’ve stayed on Hilton head many times before, and this was one of our past experiences yet. The owners have outfitted the property beautifully! The furniture was comfortable, the condo was super clean and the staff at the rental company was kind and helpful. We look forward to our next stay here!

Tropical storm debbie

My family was staying for 7 nights and due to tropical storm Debbie and a forecasted 20+ inches of rain and tornado warnings we chose to leave after 2 nights and Sunset rentals refused to refund any money. Hilton Head was under a state of emergency. Very upset. Will never stay at a place managed by them again.

Unfortunately weather events do happen and are beyond our control. This is acknowledged in our terms and conditions, and there is an option to elect travel insurance. We also additionally did extend a credit for the remaining days in your stay and we are sorry that this does not meet your expectations.
