This privately owned property, 316 Barrington Court, boasts breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from its private balcony, perfect for watching the sunrise or enjoying a romantic sunset dinner.

Upon entering this villa, guests are greeted with peeks of the ocean through the sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The kitchen, located to the right of the front door, is a chef's dream with custom cabinets, a beautiful tile backsplash, stainless appliances, and silestone countertops. The breakfast bar with two stools opens into the dining area, which has a table for six people. The living room is found just beyond that and has plenty of comfortable seating, a 42-inch flat-panel television, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

The master bedroom, located just off the living area, has a king-size bed, a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub/shower, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom, located in the back of the villa, has a double bed and a twin bed. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the living area, but it can be made private by closing the pocket door. This bathroom also has a Jacuzzi tub/shower.

Guests staying in 316 Barrington Court will love relaxing on the balcony after a day at the beach. Here you can find a table and four chairs as well as two lounge chairs, making it the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail.
