With its close proximity to Tuacahn Amphitheater, Snow Canyon State Park, and Firehouse Park Reservoir, this neighborhood has you perfectly located to explore so much of what makes Southern Utah amazing! Directly across the street, you will also find the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center which includes a diving pool, a rock-climbing wall, a zero-depth entry leisure pool featuring a water slide, and lots of inactive water toys for the kids!

Very Nice Property

We were there for a softball tournament and the home was located right across from the fields so it was very convenient. The house was beautiful, well maintained and the beds were very comfortable.
