Vacation home with 3 bedrooms for 6 persons, with private pool and nice garden, free WIFI, quiet, only some 5min driving from the precious beaches of Roche and Conil Casa SOBERANO is quiet and peaceful with its two covered porches, one to south-west to enjoy your sun-downer, the other to the east for to watch the sunrise. The house is fully equipped with:
Rustic andalusian-style American kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave, ceran-cooking, oven, washing-machine, coffee-machine, toasters, iron etc.
Two complete bathrooms with shower/bathtub.
Cute living-room with sofa and arm chair, dining-table, TV-set and fireplace.
There are 3 bedrooms, all with built-in cupboards, one master-bedroom with a double-bed and two bedrooms with each two single beds.
The house offers some 150smtrs and in the really nice garden you have a beautiful swimming-pool of 8 x 4 mtrs with deck-chairs on the lawn.
There is also a nice barbecue with outdoor-kitchen in the garden near the pool.
The whole plot is fully protected by fence.
In the vicinity there are some more houses and fields and the pine-forest of Roche, therefore it is quiet.

Una buena casa, para unas buenas bacaciones

La casa es como sale anunciada. Situada en un lugar tranquilo. Cómoda y con todo lo necesario. Si nos decidimos a volver a Cádiz, repetiremos. Manolo y su mujer encantadores.

Very Pleasant Stay and very relaxing

Impressing Property. The property was very clean all requirements were available. The pool and garden were beautiful. Just a couple of points that require to be seen too. a) the kitchen tap on the sink has been plumed in wrong. b) The TV has a satellite system, but it only shows German channels, as we were leaving I queried this. I was told sorry I forgot to tell you it can be changed. (so new comers aware) c) In my opinion the towels could do with changing. The town has everything you require, and very pleasant host. Thank you. Would I go again YES. Denis

Sehr empfehlenswert

Haus und Garten sind sehr ruhig gelegen, geräumig und gut gepflegt. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gewartet und war mit 1.80 m Wassertiefe für uns ein echtes Highlight. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rund um sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges kleines Manko: es gibt keinerlei Verbrauchsmaterialien. Salz, Pfeffer, Mülltüten, Waschmittel usw. müssen selbst besorgt werden Wer also nur kleine Mengen benötigt, sollte evtl lieber etwas von zu Hause mitbringen

Wir würden immer wieder in die Casa fahren; es war einfach alles perfekt! (Inventar;Sauberkeit etc.) und auch sehr sehr nette Vermieter;hatte Handy mit Übersetzungshilfe dabei und vorher immer Bescheid gesagt wann er kommt und was er macht. ; es gibt jetzt auf der Südwest-Terrasse eine Markise (nagelneu). Wenn man ländliches Ambiente mit viel Ruhe mag-( keine Hunde, Hühner und Mopeds etc.) immer wieder. Rundum perfekt, einer unseren schönsten Urlaube und wir fahren seit 2005 jedes Jahr nach Conil.

dreckig, laut, vieles defekt, unfreundlicher + asozialer Vermieter, Betrug und Abzocke

Zum 3. Mal habe ich dieses Objekt gebucht. Von Jahr zu Jahr wurde es teurer und dreckiger. Bei Ankunft erwartete mich eine kotverschmierte Toeilettenbürste, Hinterlassenschaften von Ameisen sowie eine von Ameisen befallene Küche (Waschbecken, Besteckkasten, Geschirrschrank, Fußboden). Das Haus war dreckig, tote Tiere lagen zwischen den Fenstern und dem Fliegengittern, Spinnenweben an den Stuhlgruppen im Wohnzimmer, in der Küche, die Terrassenmöbel total schmutzig, das gesamte Haus stank muffig, die Schränke waren unbenutzbar wegen des Gestanks, der Garten war ungepflegt, das Blechtor tönnte beim kleinsten Wind ohne Unterlass, als Levante herrschte, wurde es nachts aufgedrückt, schlug gegen meinen Mietwagen, fast alles ist alt, verschlissen und defekt, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind hinfällig, funktionieren nicht richtig, der Pool-Kescher ist kaputt, die Fernbedienung funktioniert nicht, täglich musste man die vielen Ameisen beseitigen, es gab keine Ameinsenköder, die Bügel sind Drahtbügel, die man von der Reinigung bekommt, wenn man seine Sachen abholt, die Wächeklammern unbrauchbar, da brüchig und voll Vogelkot, Wasserkocher hochgefährlich und extrem verkalkt, Heizplatte der Kaffeemaschine seit Jahren komplett durch, ständige Lärmbelästigung durch schweres Gerät, Nachbarn, die zu nachtschlafender Zeit den Komplex mit Musik beschallen, Ruhe gab es an keinem einzigen Tag innerhalb von 3 Wochen. Der Vermieter und die Vermittler (CasaConil in Hamburg) haben nicht auf die Mängelanzeigen reagiert, trotz Ablehnung, wurde das Objekt in meiner Abwesenheit betreten, fewo-direkt hat ebenfalls nicht auf meine Reklamation per E-Mail vom 26.09.2021 reagiert. Insgesamt war es eine dreiste Abzocke, die angekündigten Dinge waren so nicht vorhanden, das Objekt ist viel zu teuer, leistet aber im Gegenzug fast nichts, nach der Geldübergabe bei Anreise duckte sich der Vermieter weg, wusste nicht mehr, wie ein online-Übersetzer funktioniert. Der Herr spricht kein Wort Englisch und ist extrem geldgierig, unhöflich, ungepflegt. Nichts war coronaconform, was im letzten Jahr noch der Fall war. Diese Bruchbude ist auf keinen Fall mehr zu empfehlen, als Stammgast wird man respektlos behandelt, Geschirr ist ein Samelsurium aus aussortierten, angeschlagenen Dingen, ehemalige Kerzengläser werden als Trinkgefäße angeboten, das Geschirr wurde drastisch reduziert, Pfannen mit stark wackelndem Griff, der abzufallen droht, Kühlschrank mit Türanschlag auf der falschen Seite ..
