Nicely-appointed, garden-level one bedroom in classic 1860-1890s Brooklyn brownstone, private entrance, sunny back yard, in prime location across from historic Fort Greene Park. Neighborhood offers vibrant culture, world-class restaurants, coffeehouses, Saturday farmer's market, boutiques.

Easy access to Manhattan and all subways. Bike share station right across the street. Near Barclay's Center, Pratt Institute, BAM, Brooklyn Navy Yard, Brooklyn Bridge.

Everything I needed

This was a great one bedroom apartment located in one of the best places in all of New York City. We stayed here for a month until we found a new apartment to move in. Once we found a new home, which we now love, it was still hard to leave this place. The pricing was also very fair for what it is. We would happily stay there again if needed.

Wonderful

Kitchen was very well appointed. Great bathroom. Comfortable bed and sofa. Amy was totally available to answer questions and help make my stay great. Ft. Greene park is right across the street and dogs can run off leash mornings before 9am!
