Beautiful and spacious open floor plan with high ceilings and tile flooring throughout. Main living area features double slider doors that over look the tranquil waters of the Florida Keys and leads out to a covered porch with table and chairs! Comfortable seating with designer fish motif sofa and love seat and dining room table seats six. Sleeping accommodations include a King size bed in the Master Bedroom and its own private bath, the Guest Bedroom has a Queen size bed with private entrance. Additional amenities include Washer/Dryer, Ceiling Fans, Dishwasher, Central A/C, Basic Cable, WiFi, Gas Grill and a shaded area underneath with a picnic table for outdoor dining.

Great vacation

Beautiful open water views with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Great location. House was well stocked. Floors were not very clean so took off 1 star for that. All in all a wonderful place to visit.

Perfect trip, will definitely book again!

4 of us trailered a boat down from Tampa. We were able to put the boat in at the ramp which was right across from the house. It was great having the hoses, pressure washer, and everything we needed there. We were also able to keep the trailer at the ramp which is first come first serve. The house was great, super clean, had everything we needed (including a blender :) ) We will definitely be back for another trip!

Beautiful View

The view is exactly what you see in the pictures. We loved having our coffee on the porch each morning. The accommodations were comfortable and quiet. The guys enjoyed taking the kayaks out for a morning paddle. Overall, this is a good rental.
