A bay view awaits you at "Angler Bay"

Welcome to "Angler Bay!" Enjoy boating off the CUT or tie it up and fish from the deep water dock, (private boat slip not available for guest use) or take the kids for a splash in the large screened pool! Surf and Sand are just a short walk down the dedicated access off Periwinkle Lane for a relaxing day in the sun. The first floor has three bedrooms with the King master with private shower, opening onto a private, screened porch with bay views. One Queen bedroom on this level also faces the Bay and opens onto a sun deck. The third bedroom offers a Queen bed which opens into the hall bath on this floor. The main living floor has vaulted ceilings with the focus on the wall of glass looking out into the screened porch with views of the Bay beyond. The shared dock is straight off the driveway from the house which makes it a much more convenient walk! To complete your entertainment, a large flat panel television banks one wall with Netflix capability and DVD player as well as multiple flat panels throughout the other bedrooms, also with smart capability. The sofa on this level also makes into a Queen hide-a-bed. The separate dining room also has vaulted ceilings with views onto the open sun deck facing the Bay. The eat-in kitchen seats four at the bar and also faces the living area. The top floor loft style bedroom is off the kitchen and has a private bath and is perfect for kids with two sets of single bunk beds and a slight view of the Gulf!

This is the second time we have stayed at this location and it’s always been amazing! Roxanne is awesome to work with always responding quickly to anything we have questions about. The house is super clean with lots and lots of kitchen equipment. The location is the best because it’s close to the bay with a dock and a short walk to the beach. You have the best of both worlds. Watching the dolphins at sunset from the dock is absolutely amazing. Fresh seafood is the best!

We had a wonderful stay at Angler Bay. It could use a few more pots and pans.

We had a great time at Angler Bay, but was a little disappointed it didn’t have a fish cooker outside. It could use some more pots and pans. Loved the big beach towels.

Amazing Home Away from Home!!

Very beautiful, peaceful place at the very end of the Plantation. The boat dock was amazing for sunset viewing. The pool is very nice with large steps. Depth is 3 ft - 6 ft and is shared by all the houses in Bayside. Also has large nice bathrooms by the pool. About a quarter mile walk to the beach. This house was the most fully equipped kitchen I’ve rented!! Also a working propane gas grill was awesome!! The house was great! Will definitely be back!!

Family Vacation

We had seven in our party and the house had plenty of space. It was clean when we arrived and the property outside was great as well. The added bonus was having the dock to night fish. The only complaint we had was the screen around the pool area. It had some holes in what would be the roof area. The mosquitoes after dark were bad and you couldn't sit outside of the water. It was a small issue compared to all the great things and the awesome time we had. Quiet,relaxing and a great place to unwind.

We wanted to love it.

Location was excellent. The house itself was excellent. Cleanliness and upkeep were mediocre. The house had an odor. Previous guest's "night clothes" left in a drawer. Patio cushions were tattered. No propane tank for the patio fire feature. Ice maker was broken. These are sort of typical rental property issues, but not what we have come to expect in the Plantation. Our main complaint is that the shared dock, which was a determining factor for choosing this property for fishing, was under construction and not accessible to us. We understand this is for safety, but had we known, we would have booked elsewhere. Communication with the property manager was prompt. They offered apologies and said they were unaware of the construction activity. A nominal discount was offered. Bottom line is, they should know what is going on at the property they manage and provide accurate descriptions.

SGI Family Trip

This house was perfect for our needs. Great family home!! Very spacious & beautifully decorated. We had rented 2 houses on the island for a big family celebration of a 50th wedding anniversary. 3 Bdrms., 3.5 Baths plus a loft with a kids bedroom w/2 sets of bunks. We liked that the kids had their own private bath and bunk area. The outside area was great for our needs. We grilled out a few nights and enjoyed the outside seating area. Having the screened in pool just steps away from the entrance to the home was very convenient especially when you have kids. The beach area is located just a few mins. away and you can easily walk to the beach area. We fished nightly off the dock area and caught a wide variety of fish. We caught everything from Sharks to Stingray and more. The only thing I didn't like about the property was the long drive through the Plantation as this home is located at the very end of the Plantation. Also only owners are allowed to drive golf carts in the Plantation however we enjoyed the bike trails throughout the Plantation. We only had one issue with the home (a few ants) which was immediatly addressed by the property manager and an exterminator was sent our right away and took care of the issue and we didnt' have any other issues for the remainder of our stay. Would definatly stay again. We took lots of pics. and made lots of memories. Great family getaway!!

Just Right

This house was just right for what we needed. With easy access to the shared pool and dock along with the short walking distance to the beach, it was perfect for our teenagers. There was plenty of room and the floor plan was perfect for us. The house was clean and ready when we arrived and Roxanne was professional and prompt anytime we had a question. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay this year. This was the first time we had stayed in the plantation. Really enjoyed having the option of a swimming pool for the babies. The house was nice and clean .Loved having extra things provided that we did not have to bring. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect location!

Angler Bay was the perfect house for our vacation! Our kids loved hanging out at night fishing on the dock and the pool was so close we could easily keep an eye on them! The house has plenty of space and the deco is beautiful! The only downfall it has is the Tv's didn't work because the wifi is limited. We had to use our Hotspots on our phones for work related things while on our vacation. Other than that it was a great place to vacation!
