Come enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom home with 2 patios to enjoy the Florida Breeze. The Beach is approximately 5 miles away but this home is located in the heart of an old fashion Vero Beach neighborhood. We have a stock kitchen of cooking supplies so that you feel right at home. Huge family room with plenty of spaces to hide from the kids j/k. Fenced in backyard for your own privacy. No more than 3 Adults, no work crews, no pets, and 2 vehicles max.

Pleasant stay

My wife and I had a pleasant 3 weeks in George and Wanda’s house. There were many things that we liked, including the quiet neighborhood, a large living space with two separate living rooms, the many Roku TVs, the DirectTV Stream App, a very soft bed and a medium firm bed (we liked the firmer bed), the nice screened back patio, the fenced back yard, the front screened patio for our bikes, and plenty of pots and pans in the kitchen. The photos on VRBO are accurate. And it is close to stores and downtown and the beaches. There are some areas that could use some cosmetic upgrades and are a little rough around the edges, like the kitchen cabinets and countertop, the stove and the old bathrooms (they are planning a new stove and other improvements), but even though this is not appointed like a Hilton, all the plusses that we mentioned far outweigh the small quirks, and make this house a comfortable and great vacation spot. We would definitely stay again.
