Scandinavian summer chic ! Light-drenched, fully renovated, stylish farmhouse for perfect getaway. The best of all worlds, rustic North Fork charm with contemporary design and walking distance to Love Lane, train, Jitney and all amenities.

Mattituck is mid island so all areas of North Fork are easily accessible. Visit wineries farm stands, beaches and explore the unique aspects of each hamlet or enjoy a day trip to the Hamptons or Shelter Island.

The space : first floor includes enclosed front sun porch, dining and living area with TV, half bath and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, breakfast nook and washer/dryer all overlooking backyard and patio.

Second floor has full bath with tub and shower, three bedrooms ( 1 with Queen bed 2 with Full beds )

Central air and WiFi throughout with Nest thermostat for each floor. Large enclosed backyard with patio and seating ( 3 lounge chairs, 4 deck chairs, picnic table with benches ) outdoor shower, gas grill, umbrella fresh herbs for cooking and best of all a 15’x32’ saltwater cleansed heated pool.

Guests have access to entire property set on 1/2 acre with exception of attic. Please note there are 3 steps at both front and rear entrance to home.
