Near restaurants, bars, grocery stores, shopping stores and Sugarhouse Park. 15-minute drive to Downtown and 30-minute drive to 4 ski resorts! Feel at home with the 4 bed - 1 King + 1 Queen, 2 twins, 2 baths, and modern amenities like fast WiFi, Prime Video and Netflix apps on the TVs.


The space
Enjoy a soak in the hot tub located in your fully fenced and attached backyard both for your exclusive use. Our hot tubs are serviced daily sometime between the hours of 9 am-2 pm. Please don't leave pets unattended in the backyard during these hours.

Please start the towels in the washer and load the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it. It really helps cut down the length of time waiting for the cleaning cycles to finish 😊
No need to strip the beds. The cleaners will strip and launder the bedding.
Please notify us through the app upon leaving so all member of our team are alerted.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
PET FEE: Pets allowed with $25 per night pet fee per pet. $100 fine for bringing unapproved and undisclosed pets.
$100 fine plus the cost of the extra guest fee for bringing unbooked guests. A guest is defined as anyone who enters the premise during your stay.
Please use quiet voices when outside after 10 pm weekdays and 11 pm weekends to be considerate of the surrounding neighbors
