The Hidden Home, Apartment 1

"The Hidden Home" is hidden in the maze of alleys of Speyer's historic old town in the former tanner's quarter directly on the medieval city wall. Our house is newly renovated, completed in May 2013 and offers you five beautiful, well-kept apartments of approx. 36 - 46 sqm, all with light-beamed ceilings, some with their own terrace to the southwest, its own small courtyard and car parking space by arrangement.

The apartments are ideal for singles, couples or small families with children with enough space even for longer stays. In addition to the French bed in the bedroom, a high-quality sofa bed is available for a third person in the living room.

Apartment 2 is classified with 4 stars, apartments 1, 3, 4 and 5 with 3 stars by the DTV - German Tourism Association.

Enjoy the peace and security - only 300m from the center.

Apartment 1 is a 3-star apartment on the 1st Upper floor, approx. 39 m² for 1 - 2 people, 3rd Person possible (sofa bed) for € 15, - / night.

The apartment is furnished with a mix of modern furniture and selected old things.
The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher and stove. Oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with 4 * freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
In the living room you will find a modern flat screen LED TV, a DVD player and a radio with CD player and MP3 connection.
Of course you can access the Internet free of charge via WLAN.
The bed linen is professionally cleaned.

Non smoking apartment!
A dog is welcome upon request for a surcharge of € 7 per night

The following free services are included in the room rate:
Internet access via WLAN, mini safe in the bedroom, bicycle storage facility, charging facility for e-bike, high chair, 2 towels per person, hairdryer, kitchen towels,
Cleaning and washing utensils, washing machine and dryer use in the guest's utility room, ironing board, steam iron, drying rack, normal final cleaning.
The beds are made when moving in.

For longer stays: 1 x weekly change of linen and apartment cleaning.

Additional chargeable services:
Additional person: € 15, children 0-4 years: free of charge, from 5-10 years: € 5. All prices per night.
