About this property

Located in the heart of vibrant North Chattanooga, this charming 3 bed 1 bath home is within walking distance to upscale shops, restaurants, salons, and grocery shopping.

Upon arrival, you can park your car and make the three minute walk to Il Primo for gourmet Italian food, Daily Ration for outdoor brunch, Tremont Tavern for their famous Tavern Burger and local microbrew, or Las Margaritas for the classic Mexican food experience which also has outdoor seating.
The space
This fully furnished home has hardwood floors, an updated kitchen with new countertops, stainless steel stove, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. The home has been updated with comfy new furniture and beds, stylish fixtures and a brand new fenced in back yard for pets and privacy. The master and 2nd bedroom have luxurious king size beds and the 3rd bedroom has a beautiful queen bed. Duvet covers on the beds are laundered along with the rest of the bedding between every guests by our experienced cleaners . All bedrooms have dressers and there is plenty of closet space with hangers.
The home has central heat and air and plenty of ceiling fans both in the living room and all bedrooms.
The home has free WIFI (we leave a full set of instructions with WIFI Password), a 56” Flat Screen smart TV in the Living Room and 42" Flat Screen smart TV in the Master bedroom.
Home is located 0.3 miles from Riverview park which has tennis courts, swings, a big field for dogs, and a variety of playground equipment. It’s also a mile from a new Publix shopping center and a mile from Frazier Avenue and the Coolidge Park on the riverfront. The beautiful hiking/biking/running trails of Stringers Ridge Park are about 2 miles away. If you are running in any of the Ironman races the home is about 100 yards from a section of the course.
The home is in a well established, safe neighborhood with very friendly neighbors.

Full use of the entire home and yard. Driveway can accommodate 1 car; plenty of additional parking is available on the street in front of the home.

Lovely place to stay!

This is a precious cottage, very cozy and super convenient to the north shore and downtown areas. Would absolutely stay here again!

Just what we needed

This was the perfect place to stay when traveling with pets. The dogs loved the backyard with all the squirrels. House and host were great! Location was perfect

Great Location

We spent 3 nights here & found it to be everything as described & then some! The neighborhood was very quiet, safe & conveniently located. My husband & I were the only occupants and had more than ample space. I can easily see a gathering of guests around the large farmhouse style dining table in the dining room. Plenty of seating in the living room & attached game room. We had a small issue with the smoke detector chirping but that was easily resolved & the owner was quick to respond to our notification. I would most certainly return again. Late fall would be an amazing time of year to revisit.

Perfect Location!

This adorable home was a gem and the perfect location for all downtown activities! Just a super short drive to the North Shore/Coolidge Park as well as the Aquarium & ChooChoo. The home was very clean and as depicted in photos. Stewart was very accommodating and responded super quickly to my questions prior to check-in. We look forward to staying here on our next trip to Chatt!
