Beautiful property with property management issues

Overall, the property is located in a really nice neighborhood that centrically located to a lot of attractions. However, during our stay the water stopped working due to a possible issue with the well. It took several calls and over two days of not having water for property management to fix the issue. There was a serious issue with problem solving and lack of communication on their part. On the second day someone showed up with two gallons of water as if that was going to make a difference. Less than ideal considering the higher rental cost they’re asking for this property.

Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry that you had water issues during your stay, and our customer care team will be reaching out to discuss your stay further. The Eagles Nest POA does handle the wells in the neighborhood. Please come back anytime! - BRMR
