This unit is perfectly located on the 4th floor where you can park just steps from the unit's front door and avoid the elevators!!!


Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with a 55'' HD TV in the living room, a 55'' in the master, 48'' in the 2nd bedroom and 48'' plat panel wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The beach facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a king sized bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two queens with a bunk loft. Also, there is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room providing sleeping accommodations for 14.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe & bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

We are so disappointed that we paid what we did to have our family sit on filthy sofa & bar soils hat were filthy! The upholstery was covered in nasty dried circles of liquids. We had to cover it with blankets to cover the unknown filth. We did not use the bar stools because the material waste so nasty. The LR rug was worn out and dirt.

Very disappointed

Booked this resort for the indoor heated pool since we had 5 grandchildren with us they love to swim in pools but water was so cold due to pool heater not working was so cold they could not stay in it long. So we tried to due the hot tubs . They only worked one day rest of the time the jets would not work in any of them one had cold water will never stay at this resort again in the winter

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the floors were so dirty our feet immediately turned black. The glider in the balcony was busted. The master suite door was broken and off track and several lights didn’t work. The tubs were full of sand and dirt. I immediately emailed. Maintenance was sent and he fixed only the door and one light but spent 30 minutes telling about how his daughters college was trying to change her sexuality. Condo is nice, facility is nice. Beach rentals are absurdly packed on the beach.

Parking on your floor and walking right in out of the weather is so convenient as is the keyless entry. Our one concern is that you cannot get phone service unless you walk out on the balcony, and as we had family in two condos there we would have liked to reach them more quickly by phone. Still we have stayed at many other condos going on 30 years and this one is our favorite!! The kids and adults like the lazy river, the adults like the new restaurant (the drinks are delicious) and the adults only pool area. My son says it’s like staying at a resort!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo! We were comfortable in the space with our family of 6 adults and two little ones. We enjoy watching movies and being able to fix easy meals after a day on the beach . There was room for everyone to spread out, talk together and share meals. I love the large sectional and swivel chairs as well as the dining table with 5 chairs and a bench. The bedrooms were perfect for our crew of 2 couples and one family of four who got the bunk bed room! The condo is also beautifully decorated which is important to me. The lazy river, splash pad and three pools to choose from made it ideal! We checked out the fitness center and hot tub floor upstairs but did t use them. The employee and the desk was helpful in answering questions and getting me passes for parking. There were cleaning ladies who kept the common areas top notch. Thank you!!!! Also, beach walks here were great and the area close to restaurants and the grocery store.Cons: it is a large building and there are lots of people so it can be extra noisy especially on the balcony. Also, be aware the balcony is not private. It runs across at an angle diagonally so you can look and see all your neighbors. This particular condo was not outfitted with shampoo samples or extras just small soaps and a tiny liquid detergent bottle. The furniture is a bit tired and stained. ( Thankfully, I got out some larger ucky spots with a wet dish cloth before my family arrived) The kitchen pots and pans are not well organized and we had to search every time we cooked. ( I was so happy with a good crockpot that worked !) There was not enough water to take a full hot bath and the whirlpool feature did not work. The floors were sandy when we arrived and there was not a broom so if you’re a tidy person you might want to bring one. (There is a vacuum) Another con was the condition of the pools and river were not clean.Overall, we left feeling like it was a great stay and really enjoyed this fabulous place!

Love PW2 but a little different this year

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at PW2 several times and will pay more to stay on a lower level for 2 reasons. To avoid driving round & round the the parking garage and walkable if the elevators are slow. We were unaware that the 1st 4-5 levels of the garage were closed for repair more than half the week, therefore anyone staying on a lower level had to park on the upper part of the garage. Plus paying $45 additional for parking was a new thing, ugh! The beach service has gotten rid of the former chairs so they do not lie flat an and no more cushions. The condo itself was nicely decorated, location was great, no maintenance issues and the view was amazing! The bunk room is a great use of space with the added beds!

I was disappointed there was an additional parking charge of $45 per car. When you are spending over $4k for 6 nights, you would think parking would be included (in fact, this is the first time I've ever had a parking fee when renting a condo). The unit itself was clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need (dishes, utensils, etc.) We could not get cell service inside the condo, and we could not connect to our streaming services through the WiFi. The condo amenities were great - nice pool, lazy river and splash pad for the kids.

Reviewer Comments: Overall, the unit was very nice, with some good amenities and a nice view. Our only issues were things that management really couldn't do much about. In our opinion, the master bed was way too soft, making it hard to get up out of it, and we had no cell signal in most of the unit. We didn't notice from the pictures that the master bedroom is not directly on the balcony. The air conditioner worked flawlessly, the kitchen was well stocked, and the master shower was terrific.
