Roamin Falls Mountain Getaway - Hiker's Dream

Our area took a devastating hit due to Hurricane Helene. Saluda and Hendersonville are ready to welcome visitors again start helping businesses recover. Before booking, it is a good idea to check the locations you plan to visit to make sure they are open and you are able to get to them. There was a lot of road damage.

We are happy to host vacationers as well as workers coming to help with recovery efforts!

Summary:
Escape with the family to the charming town of Saluda, North Carolina. With its Mayberry feel, Saluda is known for its outdoor adventure. It is located close to Green River Gorge, 10 min to Hendersonville and 30 min to Asheville. The property is centrally located to apple orchards, wineries, breweries, hiking, fishing, kayaking and all the fun the Carolina mountains have to offer. After exploring, relax on the back porch listening to the peaceful sounds of the waterfall to end your day.

The Space:
The home boasts 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It sleeps 10 in beds and has two very comfortable cots for extra guests. The home is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Enjoy all the comforts of your own home on vacation. It features a large back porch for dining and enjoying the views and peaceful sounds of the waterfall. The game room will entertain the kids and “big kids” when you are relaxing at the house. The Infinity Game Table has hundreds of activities and every board game you could imagine on a 32” touch screen table. The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood with just a handful of houses. Houses are spread apart offering all the privacy you desire.

Getting Around:
Plenty of parking in the private driveway of the house.

Other Things to Note:
Because you get the experience of seclusion with nature, you may see bugs in the home. We do have a pest control service but the occasional bug is unavoidable. Keeping doors shut as much as possible will help.

We can not be held responsible or offer refunds for electrical outages (home is equipped with a full home generator), if the internet experiences technical difficulties, or other utility malfunctions. The property is in a more rural area with limited options for wifi. Larger parties streaming from too many devices at once can slow down the internet speed. Guests shouldn't have any difficulty working from the home, streaming movies and tv shows or anything else as long as you don't have too many devices overloading the network.
