At the heart of the living area, a striking stone fireplace provides a cozy gathering place for relaxing after a day of mountain adventures. A convenient half bath is also located on the main level.



The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of space for preparing everything from a quick breakfast to a hearty family meal. When it’s time to dine, gather around the table with seating for six, with additional seating available on two stools at the kitchen counter.



Though it may be tempting to stay indoors, the furnished patio and the surrounding outdoor space are perfect for hosting gatherings or enjoying peaceful moments surrounded by nature. Lounge blissfully as the grill sears meals to perfection, then go for a soothing soak in the hot tub. As the sun sets, gather around the firepit or on the upstairs balcony and stargaze before heading back inside to turn in for the night.



The main level features the primary bedroom, complete with a private ensuite bathroom and direct access to the back deck, perfect for stepping outside to enjoy the fresh air. Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, along with a shared full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. For guests who need to stay connected during their visit, a dedicated desk and chair provide a convenient workspace in one of these bedrooms perfect for remote work or catching up on emails. The lower level offers additional space to relax and unwind, featuring a sitting area with a TV. Tucked into a nook just off the sitting area is an additional queen-size bed, providing flexible sleeping accommodations for your group.

-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

-All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
