On a positive note, the rental was close to Long Sands Beach and our neighbors were lovely.Otherwise, the following issues were undesirable:1. Lack of useable pots/pans caused us to purchase our own.2. A second floor bunk bed slumped in the middle that caused uncomfortable sleeping.3. The existing grill is rusted and inoperable, which required us to buy a charcoal grill.4. The screened front door is broken and the screen is torn so bugs enter freely.5. The staircase to the basement sleeping area is unfinished with open wall gaps allowing spiders to enter.We will not return.

We had a great week at this house. Very close to Long sands and an easy walk to short sands/downtown area as well. House was clean and spacious even with 10 people in the house for most of the week. Would recommend this house!!

Location Location Location!

We would definitely recommend this house for a family looking for a short walk to the beach! With young kids, this location was ideal and easy for our 4 year old to walk to the beach! Even easy for us to carry our baby down as well! House was clean and owner was responsive. The window ACs cooled the place off plenty. The master bed closet was a great spot for our pack n’play (don’t worry, the door was always open!) We would recommend this house to families with young kids!
