30USD will be charged for each key FOB, every two adults (+12 years), at the time of Check-in, which will allow you to access the facilities of the building. (1-2 adults 1 fob, 3-4 adults 2 fobs and 5 adults 3 fobs.) (Credit or debit card only)

I will do my best to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. I live less than 10 minutes away and I like to be in the building every day. However, I do respect your privacy and I will not disturb you during your stay. The unit will be very clean when you arrive with plenty of fresh towels. If you need anything please let us know. No need to clean the apartment when you leave, that what the cleaning fee is for. Just contact me, and I'll take care of everything else!

Fantastic location

Definately a great location, in the heart of so much, short uber ride to the boardwalk. Our kids loved the beach and pool, very clean property.

Overall a great stay!

My family and I were there for 6 nights. We had a great time. The tides is a great location. The condo itself is VERY kid friendly. Pack n play with mattress, high chair, kids toys, it was great. Didn’t come with pool towels so we had to buy, which was annoying. Also, going through an agency that you have to email is kind of annoying. We had an issue that we resolved but it took them a few hours to respond. Having a phone number to call would be really helpful. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely consider it again!

Perfect Getaway

We had a great vacation at this rental - property is exactly as pictured and communications with the host were quick and easy. Great pool and beach access, perfect for young families!

Nice condo perfect for the weekend

Nice condo a little odd for check in since we arrived later. But the property manager was helpful the next morning making sure we were set. Perfect location with access to the beach pool and. Close to the Hard Rock stadium for Taylor Swift. It was well stocked and had everything we needed

The property host was available to help with the check in process and it was a process, had to get a parking pass key pob pool and beach access wristband, but from then on it’s pool time beach time the rest of the stay, your right on the beach. It was smaller but 2 queen size beds a pull out bed, besides your only in the room to sleep right! Enjoy your stay here

Tides stay

Myself, boyfriend, and our 2 sons (7yrs &9yrs) had a wonderful time staying at this condo! The home was very clean and had a great kitchen for us to make all our meals. They had beach chairs, towels, and umbrella in the condo which made our beach days great!! The pool was a beach/pool days were the best and literally right next to each other. Very happy with our stay 😊

Pros: lots of space, large wardrobe and space, fantastic location, covid mesures enforced, great pool area right n'est to the beach. The queen beds were very confortable. Cons: condo showing his age as well as hot plate, cook ware and microwave.

Wonderful amenities

Beatiful beach warm water even on the winter season. Only thing that the parking is kind of confusing nèed to get a permit and deposit. Also to use the swimming pool and gym they give a wristband for a cost which we never used but overall we had a wonderful time.

The condo was nicely furnished with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 4 adults. The view was spectacular and the location couldn't be better. The building is very secure and well maintained. Pool areas are spacious and clean. Ines quickly replied to any questions we had and made sure we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this condo and would stay there again.

Wonderful Host!

Marisa and her daughter were very kind and even allowed an early check in. The apartment was clean and there was a beautiful view of the ocean. Transportation was easy to get and affordable. We ordered paper towels and TP from Walmart. So we were set for the week. The beach was wonderful and clean too. We would definitely recommend it to friends. I also recommend ordering sushi from Sushi Zen. It was amazing!

Great views, owner was very responsive, easy to get in and out of building. Clean unit, well equipped. I do recommend informing the tenant that each key FOB and pool bracelet is for $20 and that's for two people only. If you are 3 or 4 you need two buy two FObs at $20 each. Other than that, we had a lovely stay

We are extremely extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo, condo did not look like the picture provided on vrbo! Bathroom, shower kitchen microwave absolutely disgusting!! We arrived there was bread crumbs on the kitchen table! We have pictures of it all DISGUSTING

Perfect place for a quick beach get away

Our stay was wonderful! The resort property was nice. The unit was very clean! I am very particular and it met my standards. We were very pleased to see that. The beds and linens provided were comfortable. The unit literally had everything you would need for your stay except for food lol. They had beach chairs & towels, cribs & strollers, and ice machine in the freezer and basically anything else you could think of. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing especially that we stayed over covid and did not want to go out at night. It was very easy to access the beach. The property manager was so great! They helped us with anything we needed and were always able to be reached and super communicative. We would definitely stay there again!

Spotless Condo

Inez and assistant’s were excellent getting us checked in. We were even given a tour of property. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of small appliances and new pots and pans. There was also those little extra touches. The condo was immaculate and bright and cheery. Plenty of fresh nice towels washcloths and bedding. Ironing board was broken and we were immediately sent a new one. Would highly recommend this owner. The Tides hallways and common areas were always kept clean. Four elevators on each floor and we were told they were only a few years old.

Easy with kids

We had a nice 5 days stay on this apartment with three kids. We arrived late at the evening and the office wasn't open, but the receptionist helped us and we had had all the information from Ines before so Oy was easy to access. You can also order in food from the different menus at the reception or there is a three minutes walk to the SevenEleven. We liked that the apartment was at 4th floorball, not too low or high and the sunrise from the balcany is nice. There is enough elevators and you don't need to wait for your turn toi long. Easy access to the pool and the beach. Nice surprise is that you are not allowed reserve sunbeds and If you don't use it for 30 minutes they take the towels away so there is enough sunbeds for the families, only from 12-14 it was crowded. The gym was good experience too. It was easy to visit Miami, Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale and Sawgrass Mills malli by car and only 1h drive to Rapids water park.

Nice room nice location

Overall we had a nice stay and the unit is nice. The pool area is very nice. Few things to note: There is an additional $55 fee upon arrival for parking and a key fob. I agree with the other reviewer who mentioned a good point: what is the point of the front lobby? It would be nice if that’s where we checked in. Instead, it’s some random door that you have to get to by finding some double doors on the side of the building towards the back that has no visible signage above it. (Obviously this isn’t the owners fault and he does give you instructions- it’s just not very easy). The unit does need some TLC but is good overall. The baseboards and some of the furniture needs a good cleaning, especially the kitchen which probably needs fresh paint as well. The throw blanket on the couch was visibly dirty. Lastly, the windows and doors are THIN so bring earplugs to sleep if you are sensitive as I am. The Hollywood beach area is a great place to stay.
