Enjoy the view from your private balcony and fall asleep in the queen murphy bed in the living room for some ocean white noise. The bedroom has 2 more queen beds as well. The full kitchen is stocked for you convenience, and the HOA provided cable and commercial grade Wi-Fi. But who needs those when you have a great view and easy beach access?



The Space:

Space for 6? Check. Full kitchen? Check. Stunning view? Check! Unit 310, also known as "Mortal Anemones", is a privately owned, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom family suite on the 3rd floor at D Sands. Enjoy the view from your private balcony and fall asleep in the queen Murphy bed in the living room for some ocean white noise. The bedroom has 2 more queen beds as well. The full kitchen is stocked for your convenience, and the HOA provided cable and commercial grade Wi-Fi. But who needs those when you have a great view and easy beach access?



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
