The Villa Ana villa has 3 double bedrooms, each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beautiful living area with fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Total living space 140 m². Parking for up to 3 cars.
The large garden has a nice outdoor kitchen and plenty of space to relax. The beautiful pool invites you to swim. Relaxing in the pool you can overlook the whole valley. In the garden there is also a table tennis table, a lounge seat, sun loungers and a solar shower.
They enjoy complete privacy in their garden and by the pool. The house is very quiet in a beautiful hillside location with stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

The Villa Ana, surrounded by meadows and fields, is located in the hamlet Kukurini, 3 km east of Pican. Shop 1,5 km, pebble beach in Plomin 12 km, further beaches in Rabac 27 km. Open, about 1000 m² of land with lawn, plants, walnut and olive trees. 3 parking spaces on the property. In the garden pool (open all season) with 4 sun loungers, parasol and outdoor shower. Patio with brick barbecue. Covered terrace with furniture. Pleasant, well-maintained facility. Good equipment. Tiled and parquet floor. Satellite TV (German channels), DVD. Radio, CD. Internet access (WLAN, inclusive). Washing machine. Iron / ironing board. Air conditioning in all rooms.
