Stylish, remodeled 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 level home in a safe, nice and quiet neighborhood. It is centrally closed to everything and perfect for family or friends traveling together while having access to amenities our home offers. Enjoy Florida outdoor living with magnificent, professionally designed backyard filled with palm trees, plants and flowers to give you the tropical feeling. Unwind your stress by soaking into the hot tub or taking a sip of champagne from the Tiki bar.

Parking:
Our house is located at the corner lot so there are plenty of spacious parking. It's very walkable so you can jog or walk around the community.

Getting around:
1) The Indian Rock beach is a short 15 mins drive (9.4 mile) offer plenty of parking space and fine casual dining options with spectacular sunset view that hard to find anywhere in the nation. From there you can just follow the Gulf Blvd. north or south to get to other beaches within mins

2) Famous Clear water beach is 12 miles away which usually take about 25 mins or less depending on the time of the day.

3) St Petersburg Pier and downtown (24 mins) St Pete Beach (20 mins), Madeira Beach (18 mins), Treasure Island (22 mins)

4) Other attractions: Florida Botanical Gardens (12 mins), Splash Harbor Water Park (17 mins), Largo central park (10 mins), John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk (20 mins)

5) Farmer market (Saturday and Sunday) is 5 mins away.

6) Tropicana Field (20 mins), Busch Garden (40 mins)

7) Siesta Key in Sarasota (1hr15 mins)

Wonderful Home!

My family stayed here for the weekend to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from University of Tampa and it was wonderful. The owner is fantastic, communicates well and the home is spacious, beautiful, clean and accommodating. The backyard is lovely and well thought out too. So happy to have found this home through a recommendation and we had the perfect stay!

we only stayed 3 days, but it was wonderful. It's a very accurate description. You will find everything you need here. Hot tub, yard games, stocked kitchen, towels and the beach stuff was great. We had a tiny issue with the door lock, and they quickly took care of it. Quiet safe neighborhood. Can't wait to come back again.

Florida trip
