Our 2-room apartments are 45 - 60 square meters, suitable for up to 4 people and offer you a cozy and modern quality of living.
The light-flooded living area invites you to relax. The sofa bed can be opened in a few easy steps to a cozy sleeping space for 2 more people.


The separate bedroom is furnished with a 1.80 m double bed, wardrobe and partly flat TV. Enjoy your breakfast in the spacious dining area or on your balcony or terrace.
A storage space for bicycles is also available.

Tolle Wohnung für kurzen oder auch längeren Urlaub

Wir haben die Wohnung zu zweit gebucht und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, super ausgestattet - wir haben nichts zu bemängeln. Da es im Vorhinein Ungereimtheiten mit der Buchung gegeben hat, ist aufgefallen, dass die Kommunikation mit den verschiedenen Personen schwierig war, d.h. die eine Hand wusste nicht, was die andere tat. Eine interne verbesserte Abstimmung wäre wünschenswert. Dennoch hat letzten Endes auch dahingehend alles funktioniert.

Perfekte Lage in Binz

Mein Mann und ich hatten für 3 Nächte in der Villa Eden eingecheckt. Die 2-Raum Wohnung ist sehr schön groß, geräumig und sauber. Die Küche ist völlig ausreichend für 4 Personen und mehrere Tage ausgestattet. In unserer Wohnung waren leider die Betten sehr unbequem. Mehr als die 3 Nächte hätten wir ungern dort genächtigt. Die Lage der Villa Eden ist perfekt ruhig und doch im Herzen von Binz. Man läuft max. 2 Minuten zum Strand und zur Promenade. Restaurants, Bäcker und Lebensmittelläden sind direkt um die Ecke.
