Saubere Unterkunft mit Garage in zentraler Lage

Wir waren eine Woche dort und würden es wieder buchen. Die Unterkunft ist gut eingerichtet, liegt sehr zentral und hat eine Duplex Garage, in die ein normal hoher PKW (kein Van oder SUV) reinpasst. Fahrräder kommen in den Keller, was mit e-bikes nicht ganz optimal ist. Vor Ort Betreuung war sehr gut

Urlaub in Binz, immer wieder gerne

Diese wunderschöne Wohnung im Zentrum von Binz ist ein echtes Juwel. Wenige Schritte zur Fußgängerzone und zur Seebrücke mit Promenade, landen zum verweilen ein. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und geräumig, liegt im 1. OG eines ruhigen und ansprechenden Hauses. Hier kann man sich sehr gut erholen und den Stress abbauen. Hier sind wir nicht zum letzten Mal gewesen.

Es war alles super, außer die Matratzen, durchgelegen, habe nach der ersten Nacht Rückenschmerzen gehabt, man hat die Federn gespürt. Man kann das niemanden mehr zumuten. Müssen dringend gewechselt werden. Dann ist es eine super Location.

Die Urlaubstage waren schön.Auch das Ringsherum.Der Strand war nur einige Meter weg.Und Restaurants hatten wir auch viel zur Auswahl.

Zentrale Lage mit Verbesserungspotenzial

Für die 5 Nächte war diese Ferienwohnung völlig ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist mit den notwendigen Sachen ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral. Man merkt der Unterkunft jedoch an, dass sie offenbar gut ausgelastet ist. Hier müsste nach Jahren mal wieder investiert werden. So hat das Bett sehr geknarrt und der Teppich im Schlafzimmer machten keinen sauberen Eindruck. Insgesamt ist hier alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und dürfte gerne wieder aufgehübscht werden. Bei einem der Fahrräder ließ sich der Sattel nicht befestigen, somit war die geplante Fahrradtour für uns nicht machbar.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Dies war mein erster Urlaub in Binz und ich muss sagen, dass ich eine für meine Zwecke perfekte Unterkunft hatte. Da es "nur" ein Doppelbett und eine Couch gibt, würde ich die Wohnung für max. 2 Personen mit Kind empfehlen - aber da hat sicher jeder eine andere Einstellung. Die Wohnung liegt vom Bahnhof ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Eigentlich immer geradeaus Richtung Zentrum, einmal links...und schon da. Ca. 2 Minuten entfernt ist die Bushaltestelle. Bei der Wohnungsübergabe bekommt man die "Binzer Bucht Card" - also die Karte zur Kurabgabe, welche durch Binz pro Tag und Person erhoben wird. Dafür kann man dann aber in Binz und Prerow den Bus kostenlos nutzen und erhält noch einige andere Vergünstigungen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Querstraße zur Promenade und ist daher ruhig gelegen und durch die Fenster (welche sich auch verdunkeln lassen) kommt viel Licht hinein. Auch die kleine Gaststätte darunter ist nicht zu hören! Zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Minuten, zum nächsten Edeka und Gaststätten 2 Minuten und die Promenade liegt direkt daneben. Des Weiteren hat die Wohnung einen kleinen und einen großen Balkon, welche nicht nur zum Wäschetrocknen gut sind :-) Für mich sehr wichtig: zur Wohnung gehört auch eine Waschmaschine. Diese befindet sich im Keller, wo übrigens auch zwei Fahrräder stehen und genutzt werden können. Ich hatte das überlesen und war sehr positiv überrascht! Eigentlich wollte ich mir eine E-Bike leihen (auf Zingst kein Problem), aber auf Binz wäre mein Urlaub vorbei gewesen, bevor ein E-Bike frei würde. Daher entweder weit vorher online buchen oder eben die Räder im Keller nutzen – wie ich es tat. :-) Ansonsten gibt es noch einen Fahrstuhl, welcher gerade für die schweren Koffer ideal ist. Das Bad ist angenehm groß und die Küche hat eine Ausstattung die auch eine komplett „heimische“ Zubereitung der Mahlzeiten zulässt. Nun noch ein paar Worte zum Organisatorischem: Die Buchung über FEWO war einfach, klar strukturiert und unkompliziert. Fragen an den Vermieter wurden kurzfristig beantwortet und durch FEWO kamen alle Infos immer zur rechten Zeit. Die Wohnungsübergabe vor Ort war ebenso einfach. Kurabgabe bezahlt, Binz-Karte bekommen, ein paar erklärende Worte zur Wohnung bzw. zur Abgabe am Ende des Urlaubs und die Antworten auf meine Fragen, waren ruckzuck erledigt. So mag ich das - einfach unkompliziert. Es gibt sicher noch mehr positives zu berichten, aber ich will es hier gut sein lassen.

Sehr schön und hell. Zentral gelegen

Objekt, Lage und Ausstattung gut. Für uns mit 2 kleinen Kinder gibt es zwei Verbesserungsvorschläge. - Da wir den Wagen häufig brauchten und 2 Kleinkinder haben, war der Parkplatz in 800m Entfernung sehr ungünstigen. Das sollte klarer aus dem Inserat hervorgehen. - Leider passte unser 2. Kinderbett nicht ins Schlafzimmer. Sodass die Kinder zusammen im großen Bett geschlafen haben und wir auf der Couch. Leider ist die Couch für 14 Tage zum schlafen aber nicht zu empfehlen (Rückenschmerzen). Dies sollte kein vollwertiger Schlafplatz sein, denn der Schlaf war nicht sehr erholsam.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Für 2 Personen wirklich mehr als ausreichend. Die beiden Balkone sind ausgesprochen gut . Auf einem scheint immer die Sonne. Einen sehr kurzen Weg zur Hauptstrasse mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Der Weg zum Strand ist schnell erreicht. Alles in allem perfekt.
