Welcome to the holiday island of Rügen. The Baltic Sea town of Binz has developed into a tourist hotspot on the Baltic Sea in recent years. In addition to miles of sandy beaches, Binz is particularly impressive with its culinary offerings.
In the elegant house Saxonia the Baltic Sea breeze awaits you - 3-room - **** apartment on 2 levels with a wonderful south-facing balcony and private parking.
In summer our guests can expect their own beach chair by the sea (May-Sep) and 2 bicycles.

Binz, immer eine Reise wert

Wir hatten wieder einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Binz. Auch Dank unserer gebuchten Ferienwohnung, mit sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung, alles da was man braucht und strandnah. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Lediglich die etwas enge Wendeltreppe und die schrägen Wände im Obergeschoss, waren etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig

Wir waren mit unserem Enkel dort untergebracht. Es war eine tolle Ferienwohnung, super Lage zum Strand und Geschäften, trotzdem sehr ruhig Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und super Ausstattung. Alles vorhanden. Selbst Spiele und Bücher für die Langeweile sind vorhanden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ein Wort reicht: Perfekt

Vorneweg die Information: wir reisten mit der Bahn an... Bereits bezogene Betten; Handtuckpakete das erleichtert die Koffer bei der Anreise Wir fanden eine sehr detailverliebte, eingerichtete Wohnung vor, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet; die Wohhung selbst sauber und gepflegt. Zur Küche ist noch anzumerken, dass ein vernünftig großer Kühlerschrank mit entsprechenden Gefriefrach vorhanden ist. Auch die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter und der Verwaltung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und effizient, Probleme gab es keine Fazit: wir haben uns in der FeWo wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub genossen, wenn wir wieder nach Binz reisen werden wir auf jeden Fall die Verfügbarkeit der FeWo prüfen. Tolle Wohnung

Wir durften eine Woche in der wirklich schönen Ferienwohnung in Binz verbringen. Es war alles da, was man so braucht und total sauber. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und Verwaltung war sehr freundlich und schnell. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Ein paar Schritte zur Promenade und Strand, aber dennoch ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

erholsame Tage im wunderschönen Binz

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Sie befindet sich nah am Strand und nicht weit von der Hauptstraße, ist aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Verwalterin war sehr freundlich und hilfreich für unseren Aufenthalt. Dafür nochmals unseren Dank!

Grundsätzlich in Ordnung bis auf …

Leider sind die Angaben von FeWo mangelhaft. Die Formulierung „pickup“ lässt nicht erkennen, wie der Zugang zur Unterkunft am Ankunftstag gewährleistet wird. Folge: Wir standen vor verschlossener Tür und mussten Vermieter und Verwaltung telefonisch „alarmieren“, was nach fast 1 Stunde zum „Erfolg“ führte. Im Übrigen: Weniger Gläser und Geschirr und 1-2 Töpfe sowie 1 Pfanne mehr wären schön. A

Pickup heißt eben Schlüssel müssen abgeholt werden muss. Es ist ja kein Hotel. Man ruft in der Regel auch vorher mal an und nicht erst 18:10 Uhr wenn man vor der Tür steht. Die Wohnung ist mit einem Geschirrspüler ausgestattet was die tägliche Reinigung von Geschirr und Töpfen ermöglicht. Ich empfehle unseren Gästen immer die Buchung durchzulesen. Dort steht alles geschrieben.

Traumhafte Wohnung in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren das erste Mal an der Ostsee, 2 Wochen in den Sommerferien. Von der Ostsee waren wir - im Vergleich mit der Nordsee - angenehm überrascht. Die Lage der Wohnung könnte nicht besser sein. 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strandkorb, der zur Wohnung gehört. Um die Ecke ein Edeka, mehrere Restaurants auch fußläufig, ebenso wie die Strandpromenade. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön, ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Praktisch auch 2 Bäder, so dass es sich nicht zu sehr staut morgens. Die Wendeltreppe in das Obergeschoß ist nur für mobile Menschen geeignet, was wir zum Glück sind. Auch wird es bei heißen Außentemperaturen in den Schlafzimmern unterm Dach sehr warm. Das ist allerdings an der See wohl eher ein Luxusproblem und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ostsee Urlaub

Lage des Objekts ist sehr gut, kurze Wege zum Strand und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gastronomische Einrichtungen liegen alle in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Objekt und sind alle zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt in diesem Objekt.

Top Lage

Es ist eine im allgemeinen sehr schöne modern eingerichtete kleine Wohnung. Ein kleiner Mangel ist das Wasser. Beim Duschen wechselt es zwischen warm und kalt hin und her und der Wasserdruck ist sehr schwach und teilweise tropft es nur aus der Dusche. Das erfordert Geduld. Der Balkon ist sehr schön und die Lage ist super.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir haben im Juli einen richtig tollen Urlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung verbringen dürfen. Alles hat super geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Verwaltung. Die Wohnung war tipp topp gereinigt und für den Aufenthalt vorbereitet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder kommen. Die Lage ist super und so ruhig, dass man beim Einschlafen das Rauschen der Ostsee hört. Wirklich toll. 😍😘

Schönes Haus int idealer Lage

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Unterkunft , Strand , Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeit alles im Umkreis von fünf Minuten Gehweg. Für ältere Menschen und körperlicher Behinderung ist die Wohnung wegen der Wendeltreppe nicht geeignet.
