Pool heating is included in price. Guests just need to cover the pool when not in use with provided pool cover to keep water warm at night. Pool is heated only during day time during winter. Pool cover is mounted on reel for ease of use. In rare occasions when air temperatures are expected to be below freezing pool heater may not work*

NOISEAWARE monitoring system installed. If noise inside or outside of house reaches certain level, owner is notified within 10 min. This noise monitoring system is only used during quiet times from 10p-8a.

RING alarm system with several cameras is also installed around the house for safety and security reasons. No cameras are installed inside the house. If you have privacy concerns please reach out to me and we can discuss.
