About this property

We welcome business professionals, families, family reunion groups, wedding groups (SORRY, NO PARTY GROUPS!!, NO PET NO EXCEPTION) to our warm desert house which is located 5 minutes drive away from McCarran Airport and the new Raiders Stadium.

Situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house is very close to Las Vegas' best premium outlet on the strip. This kids and family friendly house features 3 separate living space in the house; living room with 55 inch TV, the loft with large area seating along with 65 inch TV and the dining and game room space. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths which accommodates up to 8 guests. We have 4 queen beds total (one on each room) and upon request we can supply another foldable twin size bed.

Featuring 1000 sq2 putting green with 6 holes golf fun, perfect way to spend the time in the backyard that is surrounded by palm trees, putters and balls are provided including kids size. Foosball table, air hockey and golf makes this house real fun place to hangout.

Sorry, No pet allowed, No parties or events at this house. We monitor the house with street cameras.

US Open Wrestling Tournament; Stay for the Week

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was at this house in 'Vegas. Turk's communication was incredible from checkin, during, and checkout. The house was very clean, modern, accomodating, and close to everything. There was plenty of room for 2-3 cars and came w/ remotes. But, we took Uber to/from all ove Vegas. With traffic, main strip was 7-8 minutes; Fremont: 7-8 minutes; South Point casino (where we competed): 7-8 minutes; Hoover Dam: about 33 minutes. Maybe better, yet, was that we were in a quiet and cozy neighborhood-away from the lights (so, able to relax). We were all able to sit out on the very nice and comfortable back porch, grill, put (golf), and relax. The house had plenty of bathrooms, showers, and nice washer and dryer. We couldn't have asked for more. If you want to enjoy Vegas, then, relax and unwind in comfort between your debauchery, I highly recommend this listing. We will be back next year and likely several times between. Thank you, Turk, for an exceptional stay, and your professionalism as our host! What an incredible experience and house!

Awesome house in a great location

We did a family vacation, and this house was perfect! The kids loved the putting green and game tables and my wife and I loved the comfortable bed. It’s easy access to the freeway, with a convenient back way to the Strip (follow Google maps). On top of it all, Turk was great to work with. I can’t recommend enough this house. It was awesome!

Basketball fans

The home was very clean upon arrival. Plenty of space for our group of 5 older adults. Everything was as described and pictured in the ad. The kitchen is well equipped, the dining area had more than enough seats and the game area and putting green are nice touches for families. Turk was a great host that responded quickly to any question we had. The location worked well for us, as we were there for basketball at the UNLV campus. Groceries and shopping are close by. The 3 car garage was available for us which is not always the case with STRs. We recommend staying here and would stay again. Thanks Turk
