Welcome to The Villages...You will love your stay at my lovely 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom private vacation home. My place will be “spotlessly” clean and equipped with all you will need to have a safe, joyful and memorable stay including a new coffee maker, and all new kitchen and complete with new everything. It has new mattresses, new linens, new pillows and mostly new furniture. Two 55” TV’s, new countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Fresh new paint and a wonderful lanai with a birdcage for your enjoyment.
The ultra-convenient location of this cute cottage is on a convenient Duval Village. You and your guests are vacationing in the "Heart" of The Villages just minutes from Lake Sumter Landing in the picturesque Village of Mallory Square and Havana Country Club.
All you have to bring with you is your suitcases and golf clubs Oh, and another thing...there is free use of a Yamaha gas engine 2 seater golf cart awaiting your arrival. Use it for golfing or just cruising around The Villages taking in the sights and the lifestyle. The gas tank will be full and would appreciate if you will refilling it before you leave.

Lake sumpter and the whole wonderful lifestyle the villages has to offer is at your doorstep. If you are into golfing (after all the villages is a golfers paradise) There are 13 championship golf courses which include courses designed by Arnold Palmer and Nancy Lopez and prestigious amenities like restaurants, practice hitting ranges and pro shops. You also have access to 42, 9-hole executive courses, as well as the villages golf academy to work on your swing.

The villages has incredible weather year-round so you can play golf year-round.

If you want to lounge and relax by the swimming pool there are 3 villages centers less that 5 minutes from our place. Entertainment at the neighborhood town centers 365 days a year.
