Ken was a great host. Upon our arrival, we discovered a stopped-up toilet and after I texted him, he immediately sent a plumber to take care of it. He was very responsive and made sure everything was handled quickly. The dual houses were perfect for our family to meet up and celebrate Christmas together in Nashville. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

The fact that the listing showed it to be a premier host influenced my decision to book this listing. This experience didn't align with my experience with other premier hosts. What is listed as provided in the description before you book was vastly different than what was there. There was no hand soap at any of the bathroom or kitchen sinks, no body wash/shampoo in the showers, no coffee, and the amount of toilet paper that was supposed to be provided wasn't (at least two bathrooms only had what a few sheets left on the roll). I reached out right away about the body wash/shampoo and toilet paper. After many push backs from the host, we had some delivered 19 hours later. They even apologized during one interaction with me, stating that they should have responded immediately, but it was still over 12 hours before we received what we asked for. The floors were gritty, there was an empty airline size liquor bottle under one bed, there were parts of a plastic plant on the floor. There was painter's tape on the walls. In one bathroom, the floor tiles didn't seem to be fixed to the floor. The dishwasher hadn't been emptied from the previous guests. This place has the potential to be really nice, but improvements are needed.Also, I was booking for 21 people. This is two separate units that aren't connected in any way. We were close to the rest of the group, but you had to walk across a driveway to get to the other unit. This wasn't clear to me in the description.

We rented 2 townhomes through Kings Rental Properties and it was just okay. The place itself was nice, but the details that make the stay were lacking tremendously. They stated they did a final walkthrough of the properties but my guests and I found many inconsistencies with what we were expecting. Toilet paper was supposed to be provided in every bathroom, we had at least 1 bathroom without any at all. Multiple bathrooms had a soap dispenser, but no soap, also a few bathrooms were missing the shampoo/conditioner component that was supposed to be included. Our bath towels smelled mildewy and/or had previous guest hairs on them. There was tape on walls from decorations from previous guests, a left behind pizza slice under a chair cushion from previous guests, a chipotle bowl lid and many empty beer cans under the patio furniture from previous guests. The wall decorations were all crooked and there was a hole in the wall in one of the top floor bedrooms that just had a picture covering it, to make it “disappear”. We planned on grilling out, the grill was filthy and the igniter didn’t work, so we had to change plans in that regard. Finally, the whole house seemed like it needed to be mopped before we arrived, as well as the bathrooms needed deep cleaned (our socks were black from just walking around the house). Overall, we had a good time, but were not impressed with what we thought should’ve been caught in that “final walkthrough” they provided.
