About this property

Gorgeous cottage on Silver Lake. Golfing, boating, hiking and more!

Charming cottage on Silver lake at south end of country club in peaceful neighborhood. This upstairs living space has two bedrooms and one bathroom with stocked kitchen open to spacious living area. Master bedroom with queen bed and second bedroom with twin over full bunk bed and twin trundle (sleeps 5-6). Bedrooms with blackout blinds and window air conditioning units for a comfortable sleep. Beautiful lake views from living room and fire pit.

The state boat launch is one mile away. Boat rentals available at Silver Lake Marina less than mile away. Owners boat (2013 Regal 2100) may also be available on request. The cottage is walking distance to silver lake country club for golf or dining. Groceries and charcoal corral nearby and less than 15 minutes to Letchworth state park. Lake access point for kayaks, paddle boards, etc. Paddle board, canoe, kayak and corn hole available on request. We look forward to sharing our new property with you!

Great Stay!!

Beautiful lake house with great view! Very comfortable and clean! Minutes from Letchworth State Park! We only stayed a couple of days! We will definitely be back!!!

Amazing property right by Silver Lake

My husband, my almost right month old baby, and I stayed at this beautiful lake house and are already planning when to return next summer. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures. You can tell how much time they put into the property. We had everything we wanted and needed. Korey and Jacob were super responsive. The check in and out process was simple and easy. The ambiance of the house is amazing. The property is up stairs so just be warned! But it makes the view even better. You can see the lake directly from the living room. The area is quiet and also close to everything you'd need. The little touches that they left were so sweet. We felt like we truly were staying at our own home at the lake! Don't sleep on this beautiful property. Definitely great for families or couples.
