Looking to experience a little magic on your next Florida vacation? Look no further! Windsor Magic is an elegant 3 bed/3 bath townhouse that comes equipped with everything your family will need to create memories that will last a lifetime!

This luxurious Windsor Hills townhome rental features a bright and spacious open floor plan. The comfortable living area features plenty of comfortable seating on the modern couches. Make some delicious meals for the family in the fully-equipped kitchen and sit down to eat together at the dining table with seating for 6.

Step out to your screened-in patio where you can relax on a sun lounger or dine al fresco on the outdoor dining table. Enjoy your pool whenever you would like. With a great location overlooking a large grassy area, Windsor Magic is located in a prime location.

Able to accommodate up to 8 guests, Windsor Magic features three bedrooms perfect for getting a good night of sleep while on vacation. Located on the second floor, the master suite features a king bed, 50-inch TV and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is located on the first floor with a queen bed. Kids will love their own galactic space bedroom with a twin/Full and twin/twin bunk bed, ensuite bathroom and TV with an Xbox One.

• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with rates varying by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

Amazing place and property management!

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. The property management was there when need and checked on us throughout our stay to make sure that we were comfortable or had any issues.

Awesome townhouse

What an awesome townhouse had everything that we needed very clean and beds were comfortable also loved that it was a gated community and security were outstanding the main pool area was very nice too and central located to all the parks and shopping would definitely stay here again

Week vacation 2023

This house was perfectly located roughly 15 minutes from any of the Disney parks. The house was clean and tidy upon arrival and check-in was super easy. The house itself is a bit dated and could use some interior cosmetic adjustments and just a good deep clean overall. Overall our family was super comfortable in the house and we enjoyed the small pool in the back. Great location for planning Disney trips.

Windsor hills

The property was great overall. The pool had a lot of sand on the bottom. I also asked about a pack n play or crib and was told there was not one and I would have to pay to rent, which we did, but then found a pack n play in the closet as well. The location was awesome and the neighborhood amenities were great. Any questions I had were answered very quickly by the management team.

Great stay

Great property. Clean. We stayed with our kids 8,10. They loved taking a dip in the pool in the evenings. Pictures of the property are accurate. Beds were comfortable. I was happy with the tv channel selections in our down time. Plenty of towels provided for the week, including some towels by the door for the pool which I thought was a nice touch. The only issue we had was when we got there I noticed a lot of bugs and debris in the pool. I contacted the property manager and they send someone out right away to take care of it. There was actually a section of screen missing from above the pool which explained the bugs, someone was there to replace the screen the same day. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place!

The place was better than photos, very clean, had everything we needed. Very family Oriented, quiet and conveniently located to many restaurants, stores and attractions. The ride to Disney was about 5 min. We enjoyed the space, splash pool and the resort pool/ water park. The only feedback I have to offer is the pool could use a tad bit of tlc as it was a bit cloudy and had some algae around the top in spots (nothing much). However, it wasn’t gross or dirty… just needed a bit more care. When I called about it they were very polite and told me someone would be out the next day and issue was resolved. Overall we really felt at home and it was a very clean and beautiful place to stay, we will be back.

Not exactly as expected

The location of this townhouse is perfect. Sun on the splash pool from morning, a courtyard for the kids to play in the back, less than a 5 minute walk to the park and the pool/ main area. The kids room is really nicely decorated, but it’s the only one that they took care to decorate. It is much more run down than the pictures let on and needs some shining up. The pillows on the couch are split at the seams and the ladder on the bunk beds wasn’t screwed in. The master bed was very uncomfortable and is in serious need of a replacement.

Great place to stay, some minor issues

We stayed a week in this beautiful town home in a gated secured community setting. It was a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom property with a screened in private pool in the rear outside, which brings us to the first minor issue. There was a large tear in the screen at bottom large enough for little creatures to crawl through and we were greeted every morning to them on the deck and once a dead frog floating in the pool. Also the front right burner on the stove did not work. I left a voicemail with guest services on the second day about these issues and never got a response. But we continued to enjoy our vacation. The place overall is nice just those things need to be fixed.

You get what you pay for

This property looks luxurious on the pictures, that is not the case. The unit is clean, and has what you need however you can easily see the wear and tear through the home. The pool heater and light did not work. We contacted the property manager and they sent someone to look it immediately, with follow up service throughout the week. Unfortunately, this could not be fixed - leaving our pool unheated. This was an important add on for us, to allow the early morning and night swims, so this was disappointing. Thankfully they agreed to refund the money I have paid for pool heat without any issue. Location of this unit was great, could easily walk to the clubhouse. Overall, I think if you’re on a budget this unit is a good option, however if you have some extra money to spend it would be worth the cost!

The pictures indeed match the condo. First night flop-no working can opener meant dinner couldn't be made and a quick take out replaced a much needed home cooked meal. Wonderful to have 3 rooms to spread out in and great, great to have a private pool! Washing machine was rusty so we didn't want to ruin our clothes. Biggest fail- xbox worked for first day only. We emailed and called the next day and were told someone would be out but no-one every showed up.

The property was old, the carpet was dirty, and there were bugs all over the living room/ kitchen. No cleaning supplies provided, no hand soap to wash our hands or dish soap for the dishes. It was close to the parks but that's the only good thing about it. Would not recommend and would not stay there again.

Just convenient location

Good location if you are going to be visiting Disney parks, otherwise the place is outdated, ever so old and smelly, carpets disgusting, looks like they haven’t change it in years( I didn’t allow my kids to walk barefoot) beds itches to lay down( old and didn’t look clean sheet), In kitchen everything old, 2 of the stove ranger s didn’t work. If you are picky with things clean and spotless. This place is not for you!

Great property in Windsor Hills

A little hiccup with the door code when we arrived but customer service resolved promptly. Everything including furnishings was in great condition, clean, and trouble free during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Fun bunk room

The good: Great location!! Will definitely stay in Windsor Hills again. Decor of kids rooms was great. Kids loved it! Sofa was cute. Bathrooms and kitchen was clean with all of the essentials. Owner had Great, prompt communications!! The bad: Carpets are worn and dirty, bathrooms are worn and need updating. King and Queen beds and linens are worn out! Almost fell out of bed a few times because mattress is so sloped. Washer worked great, Dryer barely dried.

Convenient location, easy access & plenty of space

Our family was kinda disappointed with our stay. We were referred by a close friend who uses HomeAway all the time but our stay wasn’t that great. The house overall was very nice & a great size however the master bed was broken in several spots including the supports underneath the mattress...yes my husband got on the floor and looked LOL. The mattress itself was very lumpy. When you sat on the bed you basically sunk into the bed. The first night of our stay I pulled back the covers to find dirty sheets on the bed. There was what looked like, makeup smeared all over & dirt stains. I knew they were dirty because I immediately threw them in the wash & they came out clean. We received a welcome video the day before our stay and it stated we would have supplies for one day, dish washer fluid & soap, we didn’t have any of that. Not even a roll of paper towels. We went to target & purchased our own soap for the bathrooms & kitchen, paper towels and other cleaning items. Would we stay again? Yes!! These are minor issues that we had & nothing that we couldn’t take care of ourselves (other than the broken master bed) it was just a bit of an inconvenience that’s all.

Great Location

This was the first time we have been to Florida, and we will definitely be back. We were made to feel so welcome in your beautiful home - it was spotlessly clean and with everything we could possibly need. The location is ideal for everything - close enough to visit the coast for the day and minutes from the theme parks. We found some excellent restaurants just a couple of miles away - with enough choice to do a different one every night. Thanks again

Great Spot

What a great spot to spend a week! Your place is lovely, very comfortable beds. We had a wonderful holiday and loved your beautiful home. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and the location, so close to Disney, was ideal for us!

wonderful vacation

Not a clean home, old furniture, well below expectations

PROS: Windsor Hills clubhouse is awesome, townhome is close to it, and very convenient to Disney. Management company were very responsive and provided detailed information. Nice flat screen TV's in the house (about the only thing working and/or updated). CONS: After reading the prior reviews I was hoping for something much better than what we arrived at. Overall, the home was dirty with either breaking or broken amenities. The pool (which we paid extra for) was too hot to swim in for two days. I called the management company (which is the only saving grace to this rental property) who came over immediately and turned off the pool heat. However, when I asked for even a partial refund I was told that was not possible. So, I paid for 5 days of the homes pool use to only get to use it for 3. While others might say the mattresses were like "sleeping on clouds," we found them to be extremely broken down. Also, the couches and dining chairs were very used and broken down with bad cushioning. There were stains on the carpet throughout the entire home (this cannot be overstated to how bad the stains are throughout the house). The throw rugs had obviously seen better days as well. The washer smelled like mold and needs a thorough cleaning as well. When we arrived there was food on the wall behind the trash can and all of the baseboards looked as if they haven't been wiped down in years. I actually took pictures of everything which further shows how poorly the house is maintained and/or cleaned. I did call the property management who immediately sent over the cleaning crew who did wipe down the walls. However, a THOROUGH cleaning of the property, along with paint, new carpet, and newer furniture is needed. Other reviewers stated the home was "perfectly clean," maybe my expectations are higher than average. Regardless, when you can't open the blinds to look out to the pool without at least one falling, its a concern. OH! And the back door's manual lock doesn't work. There is a hasp that is operational but disconcerting that this is the only working lock to the door. Overall, not happy about paying more, comparatively speaking, for a home with bad cleaning and maintenance. Would not recommend staying here if your standards of cleanliness and newer furniture are an expectation.

Hi, Firstly, thank you for staying with us. We are sorry and also disappointed that the property did not meet your expectations. It is our intention to provide the very best vacation home experience for all of our guests. We do have representation in Windsor Hills 7 days a week and we visited the property as soon as we received the call. At the location we did find the pool heat was set correctly but the guest advise it was too hot for them so we turned this down and added some more water to help cool the pool down. We do accept and understand every guest desired temperature will be different. We did have a request to receive a refund for the pool heat but legally we cannot do this as the heat was received and operational. The family that own the property will use the funds received the pool heat to offset the electric bill they will receive. the cost of the pool heat is to get the pool water to the set temperature. If we turn this off and refund the pool heat for guests during their stay they would essentially receive free pool heat as the heat would be relative maintained during their stay. For this reason was why this request was denied. Of course if the pool heat was not operational then we could refund this fee to the guest as the owner would not have a cost to offset. While our General Manager was at the property we did not have records of the items stated of mattress, carpets, washing machine, and dining room chairs. We were made aware of marks on wall by the trash can wall and that the baseboards dirty. We had sent house keeping to the property and resolved these items that day. As Windsor Hills Resort is coming into the tenth year we have upgraded all of our rentals units in our program to ensure that they are still meeting our standards for our guests. Online we have the property photos date stamped on our website that these were taken in September, 2014. At this time frame the property had major upgrades as new paint throughout, ceiling fans, mattresses, comforters, patio furniture and electronics. We have conducted property review today of the sofa, dining room and carpets condition following your feedback. We have scheduled for these to be cleaned professional as well as given the owner a quote for replacement. Again, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience to you and your family, and any lost time you spent reporting the items during your stay. Just at the airport and wanted to thank you and the rest of the Magical team for a great stay. The Townhouse was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. The staff and activities at the resort were great. We will be back!

Stress-free booking!!

We really enjoyed Windsor Hills and would definitely go back.The townhome was in close proximity to the club house. It was spacious and accommodated the family quite nicely. The splash pool in the backyard was also a nice feature. The location of the resort to HWY 192 was also amazing. Very close to everything! You are quite easy to deal with. Website is awesome, booking is very easy and the e-mails leading up to the trip with all the instructions are quite detailed.
