Great location. Close to Pearl Street and trails. House has plenty of space for a large family. There are no pictures of the pool. It’s above ground and a little walk from the house. The path to the pool was unmanicured so it was a bit disappointing given the price we paid.

Beautiful setting and great location! Plenty of room for the seven of us during our winter stay, and the fireplace was nice & warm on the cold evenings. The house also had a very well stocked kitchen.

Larkin and Marshall were very responsive and helpful. Great hosts. The place was a wonderland in the snow, so cozy and peaceful; amazing something like this exists just minutes from down town Boulder! We loved the quiet nature in the morning, and the house was perfect for our group.

The property is beautiful, has great views, close to hiking trails, and was very comfortable for our group of 12, ranging in age from 4 to 77. You feel like you're far away from everything, but the location is remarkably close to Pearl Street shopping, etc. My family had a great time staying here, and I highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and is just as listed and photographed. It’s in a great location near hiking and downtown Boulder but still felt like a mountain getaway. This home is beautiful. And the host was incredibly welcoming with beautiful flowers and every amenity you may have forgotten to bring. A beautiful rock waterfall out back and views from all windows. Beds were so comfortable! And the family room furniture felt like home. Loved our stay here -and conveniently located to everything Boulder. We hope to go back !

Amazing house

The property is beautiful. The house has all the games and amenities you could ask for. The owner was super responsive and helpful in planning our trip. Definitely stay here if you have a big crowd. Lots of communal room and we enough beds for everyone to be comfortable.
