This property was a great getaway for our company’s work retreat! It was quiet, relaxing, and comfortable for our entire team. We loved how close it was to all the restaurants and shops on Pearl St, but still seemed far into the mountains. This is a great location!

Beautiful setting and great location! Plenty of room for the seven of us during our winter stay, and the fireplace was nice & warm on the cold evenings. The house also had a very well stocked kitchen.

The property had it all and was exactly as described. Great for entertaining. Unfortunately, we had a power outage during our stay and had to leave earlier. The host provided ice, coolers, water and all we needed until the power came on. They came and packed our coolers, provided candles, etc. Very responsive. There were wildfires in the area. The outage lasted several days and we had to move. The host and VRBO made the best of the situation and made the situation right. Would highly recommend the property and the host.

Great location. Close to Pearl Street and trails. House has plenty of space for a large family. There are no pictures of the pool. It’s above ground and a little walk from the house. The path to the pool was unmanicured so it was a bit disappointing given the price we paid.

Great for a family get-together

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property - there was plenty of room for our full family gathering (10 people including 3 children) and so much to do in the area! Jason was a terrific host - easily reached and accommodated our request in advance for a port-a-crib.

Great House in a Great Location!

The property is beautiful, has great views, close to hiking trails, and was very comfortable for our group of 12, ranging in age from 4 to 77. You feel like you're far away from everything, but the location is remarkably close to Pearl Street shopping, etc. My family had a great time staying here, and I highly recommend!

Amazing location!

Larkin and Marshall were very responsive and helpful. Great hosts. The place was a wonderland in the snow, so cozy and peaceful; amazing something like this exists just minutes from down town Boulder! We loved the quiet nature in the morning, and the house was perfect for our group.

Gorgeous views & great location!!

The house was beautiful and is just as listed and photographed. It’s in a great location near hiking and downtown Boulder but still felt like a mountain getaway. Our group was very comfortable at the house and Jason was available via text and responded quickly! Would recommend this home for your next trip to Boulder.
