For shared use: natural state property, natural pond, swimming pool (23 x 15 m, depth 80 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 1 km, bakery 500 m, bus stop 180 m, railway station "Saint-Raphaël Valescure" 6 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 5 km. Kleines Haus sauber. In 4 meter Entsorgungsplatz. Sehr kleine Garage. Besucherparkplatz immer Belegt. Super Pool mit Regeln nicht für Alle. Bäcker und kleines Einkaufzentrum zu Fuss.Urlaub allemal. Mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit. Nizza St.Tropez Cannes erreichbar.
