The scattered village of Breze is located about 10 km inland from Novi Vinodolski in the northeast direction. A large, green and natural plot houses this vacation home in a traditional architecture. An ambience with a lot of wood awaits you inside. On the first floor there is a living room with kitchen and dining room and a bathroom. The wooden stairs take you to the second floor, where there are three bedrooms and the second bathroom. In the attic, the roof slope reaches to about 20 cm and here you can find the fourth bedroom and a fitness room. You still have a montage pool and a barbecue at your disposal. This vacation home is the perfect choice for nature lovers with or without pets. Not far from the house, Gorni Zagon hosts a charming, barren and natural open hilly landscape, it is located in the south-western direction between the accommodation and the towns on the coast. Maybe you explore this landscape with a horse (horse rental in 25 km). In twenty minutes by car you can reach the coast. The last 100 m of the access road are not asphalted.

Erholung pur mit viel Natur und Ruhe

großzügiges Anwesen, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. In den Bergen ist es etwas kühler als am Meer, daher schläft man sehr gut. Wir waren in der letzten Mai Woche dort, wir hatten perfektes Wetter, tolle Vegetation. Wenn man wandern möchte, ist das Haus ein toller Ausgangspunkt. Der Besitzer Rudi ist total nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit, mit viel Raum und Freiheit. Die Abwechslung zwischen Bergen und Meer fanden wir super. Wenn jemand die Abgeschiedenheit und die Selbstbestimmun schätzt, ist hier genau richtig. Wenn man Lust auf Meer hat, kann man ich 20 Minuten am Meer sein. Im Vorsaison ist das Parken und Liegeplatz finden gar kein Problem gewesen. Wir haben die Zeit in Kroatien ohne Trubel sehr genossen.

Ein perfekter Platz für einen ruhigen Urlaub

Wir waren 12 Tage mit unseren drei Hunden in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Region zu erkunden und ausgedehnte Wanderungen auf die Gipfel in der Umgebung zu unternehmen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Haus mit natürlicher Klimaanlage

Schönes Haus mit sehr nettem Vermieter, geniales Grundstück für Hundebesitzer. Komplett eingezäunt und riesengroß. Berge und Meer ergänzen sich prima, wir haben mehrere sehr schöne Wanderungen in der Umgebung gemacht und waren die übrigen Tage am Meer sonnenbaden! Der Weg zum Meer ist lang (20min) aber insbesondere im oberen Bereich sehr schön, man muss fast immer an Wildpferden vorbei die direkt auf der Fahrbahn stehen oder am Rand grasen. Für Pferdeliebhaber ein Fest! Wir waren mit dem Cabrio unterwegs und haben viele der tollen Nebenstraßen befahren und waren begeistert. Ach ja, sollte es in Novi Vinodolski 32°C sein sind es in Breze angenehme 26°C. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht innen wie außen. Wir waren zu sechst und haben fast täglich Volleyball gespielt! Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!!
