Newly Built Townhome with lots of natural light, very peaceful, quiet and secure neighborhood! Conveniently located ONLY 6 minutes from the Airport and 12 minutes from Downtown Atlanta! Grab a bite to eat at popular spots such as Mellow Mushroom or Spondivits Seafood House or prepare meals in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen!

The Space:
This newly built townhome boast 3 bedrooms all with Queen Beds and Plush Linen. Each bedroom has its own bathroom! Kick off your shoes and lounge in the spacious living room with a very comfortable sectional sofa! Don't forget to catch some fresh air out back on the Patio Deck with our lovely bistro set!

Guest Access:
Guest are allowed to park inside of the garage and outside of the garage in the driveway only. Please do not park on the street.

Very safe and walkable neighborhood!

No SMOKING in or around the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $300 fine. No Parties, Gatherings, or Loud Music allowed. Only guest listed on the reservation are allowed in the home, additional guest must be approved by the host. Any violation of this policy will result in cancellation of the remainder of the reservation with no refund. Local resident restrictions apply. Guest residing within a 60-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. Age restriction applies: You must be at least 21 years old to rent this property.
