Ski Chalet: View Grandfather Mtn w/ Cozy Fireplace
Get away from it all in this sanitized and secluded mountain cabin <1 mile from Sugar Mtn Ski Resort. Situated on one of the first roads to get plowed when it snows. Plenty of parking for everyone. Come ski, shop, relax and enjoy the mountains! Well mannered dogs welcome for $200 for up to 2 dogs for entire stay (max 2 dogs). Sorry, no cats. Sorry no puppies <1 year old or dogs that are not house trained. Free shuttle to the slopes in the winter.
Early check in or late check out may be possible with additional 50.00 fee. Check with host.
The cabin is located on Sugar Mountain. The main level of the cabin is wheelchair accessible. This includes a wheelchair elevator from the parking area to the front of the house. The cabin includes a game room equipped with a ping pong table and an assortment of board games. There are 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths located on the main level as well as the kitchen, dining and great room. Snuggle by the gas fireplace while enjoying the view of grandfather mountain from the warmth of the cabin. Prepare your favorite meal in the newly renovated kitchen. Enjoy a glass of wine while soaking in the refurbished 1921 claw foot tub after a day on the slopes. Relax on the back porch by the fire pit with a cup of hot cocoa while overlooking Grandfather mountain. 4 wheel drive is highly recommended in the winter months.

Guests have access to the entire cabin.
House is equipped with a smart lock therefore guest will receive a personal code for entry.
We are located on sugar mountain just one mile past the Ski Resort. Sugar Mountain Ski Resort has skiing, snow boarding, snow tubing and ice skating. The house is situated on a loop with minimal traffic. A local park with hiking trails is located just walking distance from the house.
4 wheel drive is highly recommend during the winter months.
