Luxury 3BR3BA + pool, outdoor living space, patio, balcony, game table.

Welcome yourself to this spacious FULLY Renovated 3 BR 3 BATH townhouse. There is also a sofa bed with a queen memory foam mattress. Downstairs bed has a memory foam queen bed. Back door opens up to a spacious back yard with privacy fence and covered grilling area. We have a Weber grill, bar, and covered seating. Upstairs master bedroom / full master bath has a large walk in closet, and a luxurious memory foam king bed. A desk and dedicated work space with coffee bar is also there. In addition a 3 game table with air hockey and pool is located in the nook of the MBR. From the master a balcony door opens to your own private sitting area where you can enjoy sunrise with a cup of coffee or sunset with a glass of wine. Third bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress. The kitchen has been completely remodeled With the very best stainless steel appliances. The washer and dryer are full size with steam and sanitizing capability. We have excellent house keepers that clean and disinfect to the highest standard. Bring the whole family to this peaceful place to stay. We are located on a quiet private cul de sac just steps away from the pool and the beach. We are centrally located between casinos, beaches, and entertainment! This is a beautiful unit. We are local and love our place and hope you will treat it as your own. We are LGBTQ friendly. We hope you choose to stay with us and get A WAVE FROM IT ALL! Other things to note the swimming pool is a shared outdoor pool and is managed by the community. It mainly operates between March and November, depending on weather conditions. Pool access and maintenance are overseen by the HOA, not by property owners. We had a very relaxing visit at the wave. The kids most enjoyed the games available all throughout the house and that we were walking distance to the beach. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.

This is the third year my sisters and I have rented property in this community, and we have been totally satisfied with the host and her timely responses, as well as the cleanliness and esthetic beauty of the property. I love that there were two designated parking spots! A bonus was that this property was stocked with goodies: coffee/creamer, as well as potato chips. The price as excellent! This property will always be our first choice whenever we return home for a visit!

What an awesome place to stay. A short walk to the beach, and centrally located to stores, and restaurants and casinos. The house was so clean, upgraded appliances, comfy beds. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great spot to vacation.

The condo was very nice! Only problem was the oven was ou! We had purchase food to cook the toaster oven wasn’t good for preparing meals. I wish the host could have Text or email me about the oven and my options was before walking in to find out with a note on the stove.The Condo as mentioned is very nice and roomy. Everyone was comfortable the only hick up was the oven! I would stay again if visiting the area.

The pool was enjoyable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. We appreciated the outdoor patio and grill with grill accessories. TV’s with Roku in every room was great.

This condo sits safely behind a security gate, the property itself is very well kept! The condo is super clean and the kitchen has any kind of appliances you would need! It’s an adorable condo with a nice little back patio area! The property owner was very sweet anytime we had to talk to her! Although we were only there for a weekend because of dance competition, we definitely want to come back so that we can enjoy the condo more!
