Scrimshaw IV is located on the oceanfront in Kill Devil Hills, just steps from the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. This comfortable, well-appointed condo makes a great spot for a gathering of family and/or friends. Enjoy the views and ocean breezes on the beach-side deck or make the very short hike down to the water itself, you really can't get much closer to the ocean. Scrimshaw condos are centrally located just north of the Wright Brothers Monument and virtually right across the beach road from popular Goombays restaurant. Many other local restaurants and popular attractions are close by.

The unit had everything that we required. Bed mattresses were very comfortable. No traffic noise. Huge deck porch with view to the beach. Nice location. Plan to stay here again next year.

Great condo right on the ocean

This is a great second floor condo unit right on the beach. Great views of ocean from two private balcony/deck areas with seating. Comfortably sleeps 6. Clean and tidy with all kitchen provisions needed. Location is perfect, walking distance (or a short bike ride) from supermarket (Publix & Food Lion), movie theatre, mini golf, and some of the OBX’s best restaurants (Goombays, Awful Arthurs etc).
